good value! I did request for a rollaway bed as at the time of booking, it stated on the website this was available. I had requested this ahead of time. However when we got there, we were told that the roll away bed would not be possible for our one-bedroom suite due to fire hazards. I didn't think this was an appropriate way to address a customer's request. Perhaps they could've found a room that would be able to accommodate the request? This was subpar customer service on their part.

Thank you for your review and comments. I am sorry about the rollaway bed, our local fire code does not allow us to use them in some of our rooms but I do agree, we should have found you to a room that would accommodate your needs. I will address this with our staff.
