Check-in was smooth, and the Staff was great. But the room next to mine had a broken window, and the walls seemed thin-I could hear from the neighboring room.

Wouldn’t stay here again

There was surface mold all over the bathroom ceiling. Found couple of hairs on the towels. Three of us all had bites from who knows what. Noticed someone had smashed out some windows in one of the rooms. Not really a safe area.

Old and Tired Building

Hole in tub basin; stain on carpet; outside accessible doors with people that were untrustworthy hanging in parking lot outside room; toilet didn’t fully flush. Staff were friendly and assisted in canceling my stay so I could move to another hotel.

Not a bad hotel. Staff was nice. Cleanliness was good. The beds were pretty comfy. I’d stay here again if I had to.

Convenient & reasonable for my needs.

Pros: The décor in the lobby was amazing.
Location: The shopping was great.
My niece & I drove from San Francisco to my great niece's 1st birthday party & to connect with some long distance family. The road trip was fun considering I got a flat tire coming through Byron. The shopping along the way was superb. The hotel was somewhat out of the way, but we realized it worked out because when we left we were right at the freeway entrance. The staff was cordial; the breakfast presentation was pleasing & even the other guests were courteous. We had a wonderful weekend!

Pros: Cheap in comparison to others.
Cons: Deodorize any room that smells
My non-smoking room smelled like old cigars and unflushed toilet. Lots of, what appeared to be, contractors (not that that's a bad thing). The el torito restaurant next door is sporatically loud with mexican music and cars.

Pros: Nice rooms remodel. Bathrooms will be next probably.
Cons: The treadmill was broken

Great staff, easy parking, clean room and great to get some work done. The beds just might need to be replaced
