We will not return.

Pros: The front desk was responsive when we reported the pillow and sheet problems.
Cons: They need a new cleaning crew. They need to also update damaged furnitures.
We stayed here after visiting Sequoia National Park to continue on to the Bay Area in the morning so we were not looking for anything fancy just clean and efficient. We have stayed in another Motel 6 recently when we went skiing and was very pleasantly surprised on how nice and clean the room was. In viewing the Expedia photos of the Fresno rooms, the interior looked older but similar to the Motel 6 in the mountains so I did not think twice. We were very disappointed when we checked in as the bed may have looked freshly made but the sheets and pillow cases were not changed from the previous occupants. They actually had stains on them!!! These are not hard to see stains, too!!! Gross!!! A Credit to the front desk, though, she promptly brought replacements for the items while profusely apologizing. I also discovered later that night that the toilet bowl was also filthy. It is not immediately obvious but I discovered this when I happened to look in that direction when I stooped to fix my sandals. Unbelievable!! The chair's upholstery is very old and badly stained. Given the record so far of this place, we did not want to touch it much less sit on it. Not only will we not stay here again, but I will be even more cautious and seriously scrutinize future places we pick.

Done the job

Arived about 8o'clock and the door was locked, so directed to a small side window which was a bit off putting, had to hand in identification then they opened the door, said they lock it in the night, anyway checked in ok, room was changed to a non smoking but this was a bit smaller, room was grand and clean, tv fridge and microwave aswell, air condition was a bit smelly draging in smoke from out side, but overall it ok, a cemetery down the road so it was dead quiet,

The dirtiest stay I've ever had at a motel

When I first got to my room my card would get the green light that the door unlocked but the door wouldn't open after repeated tries. I walked back down to the front desk where she told me "oh yeah, that door always does that" and takes me up to my room where I find out you just have to repeat the process of unlocking and trying to open the door about ten times before it works. Inside the room I found long black hairs in the towel I grabbed after showering as well as lots of long black hairs in the sheets when I pulled the covers back. As I went to get into bed I felt my foot bump something under the bed and looked to find a pair of heels so high and strappy, I could only imagine them once belonging to a stripper or hooker under the bed along with lots of other dust and trash. There was also a false eyelash that had to measure at least an inch long next to the night stand. I found the missing partner to this lash a little while later in front of the dresser.

We had a terrible time at Motel 6, Fresno. Luckily, we stayed only for one sleepless night. I cannot fault motel's staff, the check-in and out were no problems, but the next door neighbours were very loud all night and finally went silent at 5am. We heard once, that they were asked to turn the music down, but just ignored. So I would avoid the area all together.

Deplorable location next to cemetary

In, short stay only for a day because you have to move on in the morning. Dirty rooms, vagrants wandering the night, loud cursing and swearing outside your room, obvious ladies of the night with their unsavory patrons...and if this doesnt turn you off, this might. The motel borders on a cemetery. For the spiritually attuned, you'll hear a loud community of people talking the moment you doze off. Creepy. The owners were friendly and pleasant. But, alas. That cant save this motel from its depressing state.
