Nice rooms but strange people

Room was clean and spacious. People staying in other rooms were loud and obnoxious. Room door was a pain to open. Clean pool. Close to food places.

Awkward

Room wasn't ready on time. Booked for two and only one towel. Went to the office to get another towel, clerk said there wasn't any and offered a hand towel instead, really? Due to a family emergency, we had to leave just hours after arriving.......so, not much of a stay. Not real happy with the unprofessional front office staff.

Deposit

Bought room from Expedia at good price. Motel wanted $50 deposit with credit card. Said it would be refunded within three days. There has not been a refund. A good price became expensive

Best thing about this place was the dirty pool

Cons: Everything
Location: Plenty to do in the area, minus crazy traffic.
Crap Hole!! Prostitutes are us! Booooooooo.........

Close to a lot of amenities

The Pros: The place was clean, felt safe and staff was helpful. It was great location since ir was lose to restaurants, gas stations and supermarkets; and close enough to freeway exits. The Cons; The mattresses were very firm and not enough pillows. Despite requesting a non smoking room we were place in a smokers room. The towels have seen better days. Receptionist was unsure if the pool was available to use.

The staff greeted you from a chair in tbe corner, the room was dirty, no towels or trash cans, the hotel charges a deposit for pets when it says 2 are ok especially small dogs, tv didn't work properly and the phone was broke along with the staff calling the room all our hours wanting us to pay when check out wads 11:00 a.m. worst motel 6 ever.

Typical Motel 6

Pros: The quick response to the 4 AM disturbance.
Cons: Cleanliness of the floors. New ice machine.
Location: We were there for a funeral and spent all our time with family and friends.
We had the room for three nights. The room had 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth. We asked for another washcloth and another hand towel. They gave us another bath towel and the washcloth and wondered if we wanted the room cleaned the next day. Well, yeah! The next day they took the used soap and never left new ones and again one washcloth and one hand towel. I found out later their policy is one washcloth and one hand towel per single bed room. Now that Motel 6 has replaced all the carpets with laminate I'm guessing they feel the floors don't need cleaning. Please, Tom Bodett, provide your maids with Swiffer WetJets. The floors made my feet dirty. And the ice machine was broke. There was a loud drunken brawl in the parking lot about 4 AM. They were told to leave which they did but they left behind broken beer bottles and piles of clothing. When we got up a few hours later the parking lot had been cleaned of the debris.

we checked in about midnight driving in from LA. The hotel was sold out considering we had a prepaid reservation. Gave us a room facing next to the 99 highway exit and near the freeway.
