Easy access off HiWay 99. Clean and modern. Very nice room with comfy king bed. Roomy. Bathroom spotless. Homey lobby open space and even a small bar

The water pressure in the shower was too low. Despite repeated request s, nothing was done to correct the problem. No safe in the room for the valuables.

The room pressure was very low. At the beginning brown water came out brown and dirty. I had to shut off couple times to reset. Finally it came clear. The tv line very had very small options. Also parking very limited.

Very clean, nice decor, decent breakfast (would have enjoyed multi-grain bread rather than white), bathroom did not have body lotion, no blackout curtains and too much light coming in, especially in the morning, extra blankets or a down comforter would have been nice, AND politically neutral TV channel should be played in the breakfast/public area (not pleasant to listen to station supporting other side, for which I have no respect, especially 1st thing in the morning)

I recently stayed at this beautiful hotel, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself was stunning, with great amenities. However, the only minor drawbacks were that the bed was a bit squeaky, and the AC unit was quite loud. But apart from those small issues, everything else was perfect. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

Although this is "pet friendly", there is not a designated dog area so you need to walk the dog on the streets. The property is across the street from City Hall/Utility District and there is some grass. I was told there was a park about a block or two down the street but didn't go there. The staff was very nice, the common area lovely, and the room was big and clean. I would stay there again.

On our last night stay, they were tiny roaches roaming around the desk, behind a painting and on the TV stand. It was disappointing because we tend to stay here about 2x a year.
