downtown Fresno

Pros: convenient to work session
Location: Downtown Fresno. everything a mess as in construction,. old and dreary surrounding area ugly..dont leave the hotel unless you have a car
Hotel was just okay location not so good. the food was okay in the coffee shop

Hotel has potential

The room was different from the picture kinda of disappointed about that the tub filled up with water when you took a shower and all the construction made you not want to get out and sight see other than that the hotel staff was extremely friendly and tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible

Exteriorly clean but interiorly dirty

The rooms are clean but the corridors are dirty. The staff is kind but some parts of the hotel Is in poor conditions.

Pros: The shuttle service between airport and hotel and vise versa 2 days later. Thanks!
Location: Centrally located with nothing to do.
The best meal I had was the breakfast at the hotel's restaurant. Attentive staff and fresh delicious eggs benedict and excellent tea selection. Thanks!

Overnight stay

It was ok I was just disappointed with no frig , no microwave, had to move to anthor room because it was extremely loud so there were a few things but I know for next time ...

Dirty Dingy 2.5 start at best

Downtown Fresno, dirty area, noisy are---TRAIN every hour-Loud. Hotel connected to Casino and sharing parking structure. Hotel run down, dingy, dirty rug, scratched on walls and doors--desperate for updating. Restaurant terrible and a make-shift bar to the side of the lobby.

The staff was great

Pros: Location
The staff recognized our daughter and son in law were their because they had their son in the NICU unit and they helped them greatly. Cheers to the front desk staff .

This pig need some lipstick, but it is convenient. They have a new GM and people seem a lot cooler, and more helpful and accommodating than they were a year ago.
