Downtown hotel

Pros: Actually, nothing. :(
Cons: The carpets, AC, Bar, Restaurant....
Location: There's nothing to do around, it looks like a Ghost Town.
So, me and my husband were doing roadtrip in California and we decided to stay in Fresno to get close to Yosemite National Park. We get there around 5pm on a Saturday. After resting for two hours we decided to walk around the city and it was like a horror movie, there were no people around totally empty, after walking for a bit we decided to get back to the hotel and eat in the restaurant that was supposed to be open until 10PM, we got there at 8:50pm and the restaurant was closed, pass by the "bar" and the employees were there sitting in a table with a fan next to them because the AC wasn't working properly. We had to go to sleep without eating because everything was closed and it felted unsafe. The AC from the room was ON and OFF ALL NIGHT LONG so we were sweating like pigs. The good thing was we left the hotel at 4AM and leave. NOT RECOMMENDED - we choose this place because we have very good experiences with the Radisson Hotels but this one is a mess.

Close to downtown

I was charged twice for my stay. My receipt said one thing and the charges were different. Pool is old. Breakfast ends at 11, showed up at 10:30 and there was nothing left. Electricity went out in the bathroom. Eeeh it served it's purpose for the busy holiday but I don't think I will ever be back.

Great hotel and location.

The rooms were very clean and my wife felt safe. All rooms are entered from the inside and elevators require the key card to go to the upper floors.

If you must stay in Fresno, Radisson is ok.

Pros: Clean
Cons: Tell us the correct Breakfast time. We were told it was at 6AM and turns out it was actually 6:30am.
Location: We were only there one night. The best thing to do is to stop by a local brewery by the baseball stadium
We arrived Saturday night, downtown Fresno is practically empty for the exception of sketchy people. Did not feel safe to walk out but the Hotel bar was dead. They do have a Casino next door but was not in a Gambling mind.

Nice hotel, affordable, friendly staff

The phone In our room didn't work, they were very accomadting with moving us to a different room, staff was really friendly and courteous, they also met us in our new room to give us our new room key. The only reason why I didn't rate it 5 stars was there was no fridge in the rooms which would have been nice, the lighting in the bathroom was dark, and the original floor they had us on didn't have an ice machine, and if we would have had to stay on that floor it was an inconvenience to go back and forth from different floors just to get ice.

no ac!! horrible night

since the moment we walked in our a.c was not working properly. called the front desk and they said they were gonna send someone come and look at it minutes later no one showed up. I called back to see if anyone was going to show up because wanted to go out to dinner. they said we will look for him to see if he can come up. we waited about 5 to 10 minutes no one showed. we didn't want to be late for dinner so we headed out. once we got back it was so late and no one came to fix the air conditioner we attempted to sleep the room was really hot according to the dial it was set at 61 but it felt more like 85 degrees or more. we woke up with sore throats from all the sweaty. I told the front desk again gentlemen came in dressed in a button up shirt and slacks. pushed a few buttons and said it's set up right. he say we an see about switching rooms but the hassle a couple hrs before we go it's not worth it. very inconvenient .

Will never stay here again. Customer service was great but everything else is below average.
