Location: Centrally located with nothing to do.
The best meal I had was the breakfast at the hotel's restaurant. Attentive staff and fresh delicious eggs benedict and excellent tea selection. Thanks!

Pros: Location
The staff recognized our daughter and son in law were their because they had their son in the NICU unit and they helped them greatly. Cheers to the front desk staff .

This pig need some lipstick, but it is convenient. They have a new GM and people seem a lot cooler, and more helpful and accommodating than they were a year ago.

Unpleasant

Pros: Comfortable beds, clean room
As you approach the hotel there are a lot of vagrant looking people hanging around as the court house is across the street and a casino is attached to the building. The hotel's underground parking garage is shared by the casino and feels like the perfect place to get mugged. As you enter the hotel you will notice the hallways are very poorly lit and all the doors are black and are in desperate need of a coat of paint. The rooms are comfortable and clean but also poorly lit and you have to turn on all of the lamps to get decent lighting. There is no access to the balcony as the window has been bolted and the A/C -Heating system thermostat is not user friendly. Walls are paper thin and I could hear the conversation in the next room very clearly. Very noisy hotel and there's a train nearby that choo choos all hours of the night. To top it al off I ordered room service (chicken sandwich and a coke...$22.00) it took an hour to make it to my room and the buns were burnt. Never staying here again.

Over priced at $187/night

Lobby and staff very nice... when the elevator opens upstairs it looks like a motel. Walls dirty with poor lighting. Carpet in the hall and in rooms need to be replaced. Bathtub dirty! I had to clean it with bleach wipes. water didn't drain while in the shower. Hotel needs updating and repairs. Price and accommodations don't match.

Great Experience

I stayed two nights for a business trip, and found it very comfortable. I did have to ask to be moved from a room near the elevator, which they gladly accommodated. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean, and amenities excellent. I appreciated have a restaurant/bar open for an evening meal. Room service was fast, and the overall hotel very comfortable. Great fitness center too.

This room was compact and it was hard to move in. Not much space. They had a sliding door but it was lock to only create the allusion it was out door place. One thing I dislike is when your going to the garage it stops st the front desk every time. It's really no privacy if your a well known business person who wants to be hidden from parazzi. Not some where I'll stay again.

Excellent service. Very convenient paid parking. Very convenient restaurant hours. Location was very good and close to everything.
