Shabby room

Rooms are shabby, toilet didn't work in first room and front desk did not answer. Had to go ask for a different room. In second room the air conditioner didn't work well. Not worth the price. High point- the morning front desk clerk was polite and professional.

Esta exelente pues solo hice 2 min del aeropuerto caminando, la chica de recepcion muy amable, el barrio muy tranquilo, una buena opcion... Si regreso

Close to the airport

The room assigned to me is on the other building and my concern is the safety especially at night when we have to go to our room.

Dear Guest, We apologize that you were not in our main building. Please be assured that the second building is very safe. We have security that walks the whole hotel. The doors the the second building are very secure and can only be opened with a key card. Thank you for your stay.

The rates were really high, and room was not clean. Hotels.com please do not recommend anything like this again to me.

Happy but disappointed

I was happy to pay a reasonable price for this hotel. But one concern was,I needed my room clean the housekeeping couldn't do it because she said it was too late. That was disappointing because it doesn't matter how late it is she could of cleaned it.

Comfortable Hotel

I went to Fresno on a family emergency..I thought the inside of the hotel was very pretty. Indoor pool with a water feature. Many of the rooms over-looked the pool. It looked like there was an exercise room and a banquet room. Across the street from the airport but noise was not a factor at night and slept well. Quiet. There is a restaurant and a bar inside the hotel, as well as room service. I did not eat in the restaurant. The owners are still doing some remodeling of the rooms; yet it was not apparent unless you were looking for their remodeling work. My disappointment was that the coffee maker was not working. The room was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff seemed very hospitable; they handled a group of rude tourists who went to the front desk and demanded to know bus schedules and location of the hotel on their maps. The tourists didn't care there was two people ahead of them. Kuddo's to the staff!
