Nice hotel close to freeway n shopping centers

Ok hotel, close to CSUF

The staff was friendly, grounds were maintained and had an overall clean appearance. However, the room wasn't as clean as it could've been. The countertops, desk, and coffee table were sticky at some spots. The couch looked really old and like it had no more life in it (also it has some bad stains). I think my rating would've been higher had that couch not been in the room. The room also had a weird smell. I fixed it all by sanitizing all the surfaces, avoiding the couch, and spraying a bit of Ozium to kill the smell. Overall it wasn't that bad, but I expected a bit more from Ramada.

Not worth it!

The property is very old. The outside of the hotel was not clean at all. Trash and debris. The paint in the rooms had layers of paint. Bathroom was stained. Hole in the door. The continental breakfast was in the bar. Furniture very old, stained and outdated.

Sad Hotel

Everything seem to be drab and upkeep was not helpful. No one seemed to pleasant. Continental breakfast was a total disappoint.

Would not recommend nor stay at this hotel again..

Well, let's start with the environment, poor grounds and lots of parties (very noisy). Smoking in the non-smoking rooms down the hall from our room. Poor customer service. We contacted the front desk for sheets and an extra pillow for the pull-out sofa, they had us come to the front desk because they had no one to bring it to the room. Then room service didn't clean our room (we stayed 2 nights). The room itself was old and delapetated but we got through it. Think we saw a drug deal and a pimp working his ladies...just not good.

Accessible room

I needed to find an accessible room when I came into town for a funeral. This room was a good price and had two beds which was nice for my family. The area around the beds was a little tight but worked for us. The roll in shower was perfect for me. I could not use the bench that was in the shower because it was too far away from the faucets, but since I had brought a shower chair with me, this was not a problem.

Pros: Location
Cons: Couch in room need replacement
Location: Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby
Room was very comfortable but couch needs replacement.

Good price

I made the reservation after midnight for that same night and on the system it showed for the following night. I had to call customer service and they couldn't do anything so I had to pay an extra day. I had to check out and check back in before noon, causing them to take the 50 dlls deposit twice. They asked if I needed maid service to which I said yes, and they never came. They have free continental breakfast but you can't take anything for later. Not an apple, not a coffee. It was a good experience overall
