Short stay as we attended a workshop. Good rate.Posted Nov 2, 2015
Pros: Good rate and close to the place of the workshop.

Nice Hotel needs a little workPosted Oct 26, 2015
Pros: nice for the price
Hotel was clean and quite, can use some upgrades especially in the TV area. Still have big standard definition TV's.

I wouldn't pick this one again.Posted Oct 26, 2015
Pros: I liked the location. Staff was friendly.
Cons: Better WIFI, clean rooms better, make sure lights work, have a 10:00 pool policy and enforce it.
Location: Location is good. There is a shopping mall across the street with restaurants near by.
Although the staff was nice the room left much to be desired. There were dirty finger prints on the inside of the bathroom door, the picture on the wall had a hole in it an the desk lamp didn't work. The are in the middle of a remodel and I sort of think our room had already been done as the paint looked new. Since the room only had one small window it was pretty dark in there. There is free WIFI but the signal was very weak. If I could connect it was very slow and often cut out. The network jack wasn't wired so we couldn't even do that. Our room was above the pool area and people were having fun in the Jacuzzi past 10:30 so it wasn't quiet. They also choose to maintain the bushes near the pool on Saturday morning which was quite loud and the smell of tar was in the air from roof repairs. Although it was mid morning it seems that sort of thing could be better timed during the week when there are less guests. I wouldn't stay here again.

Overall ValuePosted Oct 7, 2015
Pros: The hotel has diverse food and beverage facilities in walking distance or a short drive away. Beautiful center courtyard with pool and hot tub.
Cons: For the price...nothing.
Location: For the traveler there are many food options nearby. Easy access to freeways without noise.
This hotel has the best prices for the value in the Fresno area. If you want everything perfect then pay much more and go somewhere else. Otherwise for basic hotel needs this property far exceeds some other properties costing significantly more.

Close to freewayPosted Sep 3, 2015
Pros: There was nothing to like.
Cons: New furniture, fix their AC, new carpet, air fresheners, etc.
Location: There is a Starbucks and McDonald's right in front of it but the area is bad overall, looks a little on the "not-safe" side.
Hotel staff was nice, the hotel itself isn't. It was hot outside and once we walked in we expected it to be cooler but it wasn't. It was humid and had a weird smell. We decided to give it the benefit of the doubt so we headed to our room. What a disappointment, the room smelled awful and the "sofa bed" intended for the third person for our stay was in no condition to even sit on. Horrible experience, we checked out less than 15 minutes after checking in.

It's was nice... The bed was a lil hard and the pillows were too big... I'd bring your own pillow... Other than that I would absolutely come back

Not impressedPosted Aug 25, 2015 on Hotels
The toilet wasn't clean and overall the room felt dirty. We were on the first floor--obviously not much insulation in the floor/ceiling as any normal walking by the people above us was loud. I would not recommend this hotel and will look for a different place next time we have to go to Fresno.

Pros: the huge pool
Cons: put refrigerator in the room
Location: not so great for restaurants. applebees, dennys, chilis all 2-3 miles away.
It was 100 in Fresno when I arrived. Room had to be cooled down but the pool felt great. Pleasant staff. Hotel didn't seem busy; was very quiet.

extremely rude receptionistPosted Aug 24, 2015 on Hotels
Stay was pleasant, but receptionist was extremely rude. Hotel wouldn't accept my debit card because it wasn't credit. I asked for another option she said to cancel my reservation, instead of the option of cash. She shouldn't be trying to get paying customers to lose business. Was really uncalled for. It was Friday the 21 of Aug at 3pm. I don't recommend being helped by her. White lady with blonde hair.
