Service is poor

This hotel is located in at a convenient place. But service and it's staff are rated with one star only. Breakfast both good and services are very poor, everyday only egg and toasted bread are served, often you have to wait for it.

Pros: Price
Cons: Clean up room.
Room wasn't clean and there was bad smell in it. Other than that it was OK.

quiet room

Pros: quietness
Cons: make sure there is not any files at the room
hotel is okay, i got a very quiet room slept good. there were few flies at the room. i needed to kill them to protect my food. breakfast was okay.

Bait and switch

I booked a suite- 2 rooms w two king size bed's and paid more than the regular rooms with two king size bed in a single room. I was given the regular room with two king size beds and charged for the more expensive room. The website also said there would be no deposit held on my credit card yet when I got to the hotel there was a charge held on my credit card.

I booked s room in April when I got there I was denied because I did have the card I booked with. Disputed with Expedia over month. I am out all that money for s room I couldn't stay in, last email ramada admitted everything, but I still out the money. Horrible experience with Expedia and ramada inn. Going to file a complaint with BBB

I had reserved this room a month in advance and they said the only thing available was the handicap room. I felt disgusted inside. I will NEVER come here again. EVER.

Had to drive to Fresno for my daughters 3-day swim meet... Got a good price for 2 nights here. It was just the 2 of us. clean, nice staff... kinda sketchy neighborhood at night, but I didn't feel unsafe... Free wifi, free breakfast. Starbucks in the same parking lot =) I'd stay here again if needed
