Location is convenient. Room was clean but our thermostat did NOT work. We were ROASTING in our room at 74/75* our whole 2 night stay. Plus, the bed was quite hard. We were UNABLE to sleep much our first night there. The pool water temperature was perfect but there were no towels next to the pool even though we informed the front desk SEVERAL times that all the towels were gone. The elevator was out of service so we had to lug all of our luggage up and down 3 flights of stairs every time. Plus, the hallway thermostats were set to 74*. The breakfast was decent. Overall the property was very clean but the customer service left a lot to be desired.

Booked to stay here through Expedia when we arrived we were told we had to put a 250$ deposit if I would have known this I wouldn’t have booked here.. The deposit was more than the room itself and to top it off we didn’t even end up staying the night there the shower had hair from whoever stayed there last and the bed was uncomfortable so me and lady ended up leaving, complete waste of money would recommend other hotels other than this one.

1 night stay was great, very clean and nice hotel for this area. There was nothing near by, except the Brown Bear diner but I just needed a place to stay for the evening. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially for single solo travelers!

This Overall Stay was amazing! The area was peaceful which helped as well , but my favorite thing was the customer service from the staff. Chris was able to work in a respectable manner and made sure I was well taken care of ! Chris was extremely helpful during my stay. Would recommend this hotel always!

Needs updating. The technology is old (no usb ports). Right by freeway and freeway noise. No safe. Tiny closet. Unusable coffee maker. No free bottled water. Keys did not open the front door as they were supposed to do. Front door was locked at 830 AM as I was teying to leave

Ok overall
Great place, very spacious rooms. Only complain was how dirty the counters and under the pull out bed was. Also the sofa was nasty all over with white stains.

Comfortable stay
While this hotel was a little north of Fresno, it had direct access to the highway. Very comfortable, very spacious. Breakfast was good, and the staff even checked to make sure you didn't need more before they started to clean up. Walls between rooms are a bit thin, but we had a rody bunch next to us.

We'll definitely be back!
Friendly, welcoming staff. 4 pillows per bed. Living room & desk area were partitioned off from the sleeping area. Sink was outside the toilet/bath area, & had plenty of room for toiletry bags on both sides of sink. Comfortable beds, blackout curtains. Black Bear Restaurant next door, which was great for dinner. Continental "full" breakfast. Would highly recommend this property. Easy on-off Hwy 99.
