Room 1 - Elevator out, disabled member of party. So moved to Room 2 on main floor. Key didn't work, apparently due to squatters breaking in and blocking door. On to Room 3, across courtyard in rain. Floors and counters had layer of grit. Killed a dozen cockroaches before sleep. Glad it was just for 1 night!

None of the advertised amenities are available, no pool, no breakfast, no gym, rooms have foul smell even in non smoking room. Area surrounding the hotel also looks sketchy with lots of pedestrians roaming. Bathroom shower was cracked, and strained. Bathroom tiles were cracked and moldy. I chose this property because Expedia rates it a 3 star hotel, and states amenities where included. Save yourself some time, spend the extra $10 and go somewhere down the road.

It’s absolutely disgusting and I honestly don’t know how they are even in business. It’s awful to walk into a place that smells like death of roaches and be told that it’s up to us to stay in the hotel after we have already been charged for the room plus deposit. It’s so gross and you can’t sleep on stained up bed covers or let alone the disgusting multicolored mattress your expected to sleep on. Don’t even worry about taking a shower in peace because you will have some uninvited roach guests that love to watch you shower leaving the comfort and peace of mind at the roach hotel that’s being covered by a tissue box. Hands down the most horrible stay known to man in this earth. You can’t wash off the filth without taking off the first 2 layers of skin you have on your body. SHUT THEM DOWN ASAP PLEASE

I will inform Terminix regarding pest control. Deposit is to make guest responsible for the room preventing them to smoking or drug and it was returned to your card at check out. We have deluxe room on the 3rd floor for 10 more and we posted a policy that you can check out immediately if the room doesn't meet your expectations for full refund

Completed 7 days stay then wanted refund. Hotel posted the policy at Front desk saying to guests that guest has the right to check out as early as 30 minutes to get full refund or check out early and get back the refund for the rest of the duration of stay.

They played loud music all night. The refrigerator made noise all night. At 2am you could hear the people walking in and around the floor above of. They was a loud banging constantly throughout the night. Was not a good stay.

wrong guest. it's for a homeless passing away in another property parking lot more than 6 months ago. Their family used to drive luxury cars to the place from time to time

This hotel / homeless shelter is a combination of a hotel and a location where low income families live never expected that at this location I walked in and I was overwhelmed by the smell of marijuana and with people with tattoos all over their face and neck area I would not recommend this location to no one

I apologizeWe have been here for 12 years and suffered a lot in the past 4 years. We decided to get out Fresno. I hope you think about socio-economic impact on the business since the worst is to come everywhere. Hope you don't save on low rate hotel

This is such a nice building and can tell it had a beautiful history but now is just full of druggies and prostitution and people arguing and fighting. It’s sad to see such a beautiful building go to waste.

Worst hotel experience
Place is old and dirty, entire hotel smells like weed. Stayed there for work with a coworker and both our cars were broken into (broken windows) cost me $400 to repair the 2 windows they broke on my car Coworker paid $280 to fix his window. Needless to say we checked out early and will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN! don’t stay here unless you want broken windows.

RUN!!!
Terrible place not clean and just old all the remodeling they tried to do to stuff just looks terrible. Woke up at 2 in the morning to the neighbors headboard pounding on my wall. The shower wouldn’t drain and the bathroom door wouldn’t close and the sink had a leak and you could hear it all night dripping. DONT GO HERE!!
