The room was a bit crowded. The entire time kept calling the office for missing fridge and microwave, did not eeceive the entire trip. The satellite tv kept going out momentarily. No room service came to give us clean towels or more toilet paper during entire stay.

No lights , no Tv in my RESERVED ROOM .. didn’t even stay , asked for refund , now i have to wait to get my $75 back to my card , such a hassle, I ended up sleeping in my car

Never again
First room had no electricity, outlets were hanging out of the wall and there was a stain on the sheets (which were also the blankets) from water leaking from the ceiling. Second room had power, but the soap dispensers didn’t work. Also, there were bugs in the room. Didn’t shower because it was just nasty. Waited until the next day and got a better hotel. Isn’t there mandatory inspections to pass?

Room was pretty dirty, bedsheets had stains. They only gave us one towel and when we asked for another the answer was “we don’t have any”. After asking for a second time, the staff walked us to another room to grab a towel from there. Room was super noisy from some kind of engine working all night. Would not stay again. Only positive thing was location and hot shower

Staff is very unprofessional, opening our room door without knocking and announcing room service in the morning. This happened twice the same morning, THE SAME DAY!!! Then my friend and I went to book the room an extra day, and the guy from the office, TRYS to open the door to ask us to leave!!! Apparently staff here have the worst communication, he had no idea we were staying an extra day. "We get it, this happens even at the best hotels, but please knock the doors twice and hard enough"

That is a roach motel. It is infested and dirty. How are they still open!!! Disgusting and the shower did not work, no running water in the morning when I went to turn the water on!!! African American clerk in the lobby was not nice or welcoming as well!! Don't stay there, rather stay at a motel 6!!!

Based on the advertisement, i believe the pictures were croped to make it look reasonably safe and nice, it wasn't, hi crime area, lots of homeless people. The rooms were dirty, roaches on the wall and no amenities laid out, in two rooms. Sorry we did not stay.

This property was roach infested I couldn't even sleep I understand that there are only so many things you could do for the situation but nothing had been done for this matter clearly they only have towel service until 10:30 a.m. in the morning and they don't give towels past that and I found that out the day after so I had to wait till the third day to get towels in the morning where I was only given one of each sized towel the customer service representatives were not friendly or informative the manager knocked on oor at 9:00 on the last day of our stay to see if we were checking out yet until 11 I will never stay there ever again never it's disgusting and then on top of that cuz I could have put up with that I would have and I did the customer service for the business that they are getting with the level of product that they have and they are providing is not worth the money it's not even worth the time being there as a guest if I could vote no stars are to take this property off of the group chain that it's apart of

DO NOT STAY HERE!
My initial assigned room had a key that wouldn't open the door. The room had a smoke detector that was removed and the fire suppression systems were covered by paper and plastic. There were also cockroaches in the room crawling on the wall. The towels were sub part at best. There were no amenities like a microwave and refrigerator. This was a far cry and unlike the Vagabond Inn where I live in San Luis Obispo. The pool was more like a salute to algae than a relaxing area for guests.

Staff was friendly but the place is literaly a roach motel. My first room the toilet water kept running and there was roaches innthe restroom. Second room, was no better, the door would only open if door handle was turned up. The tv had no remote had to go get one and they gave me one no issues. Went to the room and the connection for cable tv didn't work. Third room, roaches rooming the floors and the cable for the tv didn’t work. I just left this roach motel all three rooms had roaches. I went and stayed at a better motel.BEWARE THIS ROACH MOTEL!!!
