Cafe staff Rude

My sister and I went to the cafe and we were grabbing a coffe and a French toast and a blonde girl STAFF approached us and told us it wasn't free which we knew already bc another staff had already told us we needed to pay. Once we reach the register the blonde girl charge us almost $16 for 2 coffees and a slice of bread. She over charge us because the open breakfast buffet was only $11.95 and we only grab 3 things.

Nice hotel.

Hotel was very nice. Pool was indoors with a waterfall.

Hotel was nice and clean but didn't know where the elevator was at. Front desk lady told us to the left but couldn't find it. Had to take the stairs to the 2nd floor with our luggage.

Great place to stay

The front desk gave awesome customer service when we checked in and throughout the night. I think his name was Sam but I could be wrong. The pool was cool and my kids loved the waterfall. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Wish they had a little more selection for breakfast ie waffles or pancakes. I think this hotel will be the hotel I use anytime I'm in Fresno.
