So, upon check in, the lady in the front office was not happy to see us. She was rude and very unfriendly. She also put us in front of the laundry room in the second floor and it was very loud. The guy that works at the front office at night though was very pleasant and nice.

My stays have been really nice .. the only thing I'd like to mention is that a/c and heating unit is really loud.... coming on and then going off and then winding down.

The rooms and around the hotel need to be updated, especially the rugs, windows and curtains in the rooms. A better selection of coffee, and a better selection of freezer foods, snacks and soups. The one lady in the coffee shop was not nice and rude and seemed unhappy I didn’t catch her name but I was there from 12/30-1/1
