Stayed only one night instead of 4.

Posted Oct 26, 2016
Location: I asked for nearby restaurants and was directed to McDonalds
Had to return to the office twice because the room key didn't work (was asked by the agent "did you really try?") The room was good size, but no wifi connection as listed in ad, no hot water in the sink, bed was hard, found a bug/silverfish running across the comforter (ewe!) sheets were paper thin & no mattress pad so you feel every button on the mattress. I was charged for the entire stay at time of check in, no detail receipt was provided, when I asked what the rate was on the weekend nights, I was told "it's higher" but was not given an amount. Seriously? I was exhausted, and was the only reason I stayed the 1 night. 6 am the next morning, I was on the phone, found another hotel, checked out by 7am and left. When I went to the front office, told her I was checking out & needed a refund, she asked me "why you leaving?" I told her my circumstances had changed, can I please have a refund on the 3 nights. Credit processed, was issued 4 days later.

Average overall

No heat and it took 10 minutes to get hot water, but otherwise quiet and uneventful.

Much better than Motel 6.

Posted Sep 3, 2016
Pros: Large room with everything I could possibly need.
Cons: The bed was a little soft, there was no light blanket to cover with as an option, I guess I need to bring my own pillow.
Location: It's close to a favorite club of mine. Also, centrally located on the North side of town.
It was quite noisy in the morning because of neighboring guests getting up and out.

Need to show correct photo of hotel on your site!!

Posted Aug 29, 2016
I didn't even think it was the same hotel that we booked when we pulled up. The photo that is shown on your site is definitely not that budget host inn. Very deceiving! Felt like One of those hotels in a horror flick! You should be more accurate with what you are booking!

Carpet was new but room smelled dank

Posted Aug 22, 2016
Checked in walked around to back of building and down... went in and went to sleep....if we had to spend more time than just one night it may have been bad.
