Nice hotel for an overnight stay

Overall a nice place to stay. They do need to address their breakfast, juice was severely watered down.

Lovely place for the price

The staff was friendly and professional, the room was clean and in good shape, microwave, fridge, ironing board, comfy chairs. Convenient to a Target as well as food providers. Convenient to the highway, but far enough back from the Main Street to be quiet. Nice breakfast spread, too. And a great rate.

Very relaxing, peaceful hotel.

I've stayed there four times now, each having tight schedules on arrival and departure. The staff has been very accomdating on the check out time. Everybody that works there will stop and say hi ask you how your day is and if need be directions around town.

Pros: Mattress makes a lot of noise. Very loud. You wake up even by moving.
Cons: Quite room. You can hear TV sound from next door.

Excellent rooms!

Pros: The rooms were very spacious and clean, and the whole hotel was very nice. And it was very reasonably priced, definitely going to be staying here again!
Cons: Nothing could have been better! We had absolutely no troubles!
Location: It was only about 10 minutes from downtown Minneapolis, where we were attending a concert. It was only about half the price of all the hotels downtown

Clean but nothing to do

Location: We arrived at 1030 pm and practically everything was closed already, which was really surprising. Nearly all the restaurants were closed
Pros : clean hotel, lovely spacious bathroom, everything looks newer. Kitchenette has fridge and freezer (that makes its an own ice slowly) Cons : kitchenette area you have to bring your own supplies...everything. Utensils, pits, plates, etc. no amenities made this evening stay very boring. No breakfast included

Upon first arrival,the hotel appeared very clean. Once in the room i was impressed,it smelled so good,the garden area is beautiful,and the staff was the kindest ,thanks LivInn i will be back!

Pros: Positive side; ample parking, close to shopping and restaurants, breakfast was good -

Was there for a week - Very noisy hotel - not able to sleep until after 1:00 am when guests were in for the night - walls were paper thin - knew exactly what was happening and could listen to conversations in the other rooms - I moved to another hotel the following week

Good hotel with easy access to Minneapolis

We booked this hotel since the rates for all the hotels near the University were inflated the weekend we were visiting our daughter. (It was the Iowa football game) this hotel was MUCH less, since it was a little farther away. Was still only about 10 minute easy drive to campus. The bed very comfortable and the room had a sparse simple decor that was relaxing. It reminded me of IKEA. It was clean, no frills. Breakfast was fine, not the best ever, but enough choice to satisfy. Biscuits & gravy both mornings which was different and nice for a change.
