Generally a nice place. Our bed had a "pillowtop" style mattress that for us was too thick. So the mattress felt both too soft and then hard underneath at the same time. That may be a matter of taste/preference. Nice meeting and breakfaSt areas.

One night stay but room was configured for long-term stay with desk and plenty of storage.

Nice place close to ice skating competition

Adequate place to stay. No complaints. Close enough to downtown and Mall of America. Clean and comfortable room.

Good location for our purposes. Nice facility.

Pros: Clean, good location, good breakfasts.
Cons: The business rooms with computers. Getting on line was VERY complicated, and certainly should be improved.
Location: Good access to freeways and other major roads makes for extremely good location.
Good breakfast, but could wish that they had coffee available all day.

Where the 1980s spring mattress goes to retire

Pros: Interior meeting space is very nice, especially for teams.
Cons: Cleanliness, breakfast options, mattresses. The mattresses are very uncomfortable and squeaky, like nothing I've heard before.
Location: Super Target, Menards (adjacent), AppleBee's, short drive to National Sports Center and Rink
This hotel has great potential but in a nutshell it needs a deep clean and new mattresses. Pros: a great interior meeting space with swinging chairs, lots of tables with outlets, and sofas. A short drive from the National Sports Center and Schwan Super Rink. Near a few restaurants, supertarget, and starbucks. Cons: The worst is the cleanliness of the rooms and the beds. Found bugs and mouse droppings next to mini-fridge. Pillows, bedding, and mattress are stained. Pillows smelled bad and when you look under pillowcases they are very stained and soiled. The mattresses are super loud, squeaky, and super soft. You turn over, the whole room wakes up. We asked around and it was like that for our whole team. Some of us complained and they offered to clean up, but there were still mouse droppings. There was no price adjustment for this sub-optimal stay.

However, we failed in the most basic way by not providing you with spotless accommodations and a comfortable night's rest and for that we are deeply sorry. The cleanliness of our rooms and hotel is something we take very seriously. Even though this is not a frequent occurrence, we recognize that even one time is too many. We have inspection procedures in place to keep this from happening so we are looking into where a breakdown in our processes occurred. We appreciate your candor about the comfort of our mattresses. Quips left in corner of room and Wendy straw wrappers on the window sill. Beds squeaked every time you moved.

Nice hotel

Friendly staff. Nice rooms. Great free breakfast! Only a few issues. The sheet on 1 bed had a red stain on it and was not replaced upon cleaning the room. Also the empty tissue box was not replaced. A big issue for me is that I reserved the room with a credit card. They took an imprint when I checked in. I wanted to pay for the room in cash as a friend and I were sharing the room and he wanted to pay cash as well. When I Went to check out, the room was already charged to my credit card on check-in. Without telling me. The employee felt this was normal procedure but that has never happened to me before. Other than this, great hotel great location great price. I would stay there again.

Nice hotel with peaceful and quiet atmosphere.

Great hotel with wonderful staff. Very quiet and peaceful. Very close to retail and restaurants and 15 mins from Downtown Minneapolis.
