"Our first time in Berlin. We wanted an hotel that was close enough to walk to Brandenburg Gate, The Reichstag, Potsdamer Platz and Tiergarten and, of course, Checkpoint Charlie. This location did not disappoint. Exceptionally quiet room, no disturbances whatsoever and option to not have our room cleaned every day, and with the benefit of a drinks voucher to use in the bar, although we didn't actually use them. The room was spacious, comfortable and had a safe and kitchenette. We did not use the latter, except for the fridge. Breakfast was very varied and well worth having. Stadtmitte and Kochstrasse U-Bahn stations easily accessible. Staff friendly and helpful. Overall, highly recommended. "

"Other than breakfast being very overpriced, this is an excellent hotel! The staff are all friendly and very helpful, the facilities are excellent and very clean. I will definitely be staying here again (but breakfasting elsewhere!)"

"At first the automated check in took me by surprise but at the guest services office nearby I received excellent service and a room upgrade. I received immediate help with ticket printing. There are numerous things unique about this property; ultramodern and somewhat funky and enjoyable in every way! "

"The staff were very friendly and great atmosphere for a German hotel. Very clean and safe and had dinner and drinks downstairs, nothing was a problem. Even accidentally leaving my scarfe behind the staff had it returned, thank you."

"Close to the train station was a good location. We loved that it was so walkable to the main points of interest and close to the River bank park area. The main lobby bar was very nice to have a drink at the end of the day. Comfortable beds and great shower! Room was a nice size and modern. Lots of storage. "
