basic place to lay m head

Pros: The air-conditioning work being passively and there were a lot of pillows which are very comfy.
Cons: I do you been to the bathroom. making sure the refrigerators work.
Location: There's like 1000 restaurants nearby that a lot it's ridiculous.
We had a two bedroom room and beds were like squishy rocks. The bathroom was tight and small. And there was no fan in the bathroom so you blew it up it stank up the whole room. Overall it was a decent place to stay to sleep, change watch a movie on TV if you wanted to but it's nothing to write home about I didn't dislike it but I don't know if I would go there again.

Switched rooms on me

I reserved a room with a king size bed (traveling for business alone) and when I went to check in, the gentleman at the reception desk handed me a key. As soon as I got to the room I noticed it was a double bed. When I went to ask him about it, he said that Expedia solely reserves me a room, but doesn't reserve me the room that I want. In that case, why didn't it reserve me a deluxe suite? I call bs. Very modern and clean hotel, but probably wouldn't stay there again because of this issue. Who knows what room I will get next? Is it whatever the clerk is feeling that night?

One night stay. Had no problems. Staff friendly and informative. Facility clean and extremely comfortable.

Staff are horrible and impolite. They are not professional and do know how to greet, welcome and take care of guests.at the beginning, front desk informed me that the room will be ready in half hour but we waited two hours. We were sitting in the lobby to check in but she started to check in the other guests who came 10 minutes ago.

Great place to stay for the value, very close to stores restaurant, hotel employee are very nice and helpful.

All Glitter No Substance

Pros: The location. Overall cleanliness. Self-parking was good (plenty of spaces).
Cons: The friendliness of the front desk and they could start by cleaning the rooms before 2pm without you having to beg.
Location: Nice Mall (shopping) and plenty of restaurants.
We wanted a hotel for a few nights near where our grandchild was being born. Our son had stayed in Aloft Hotels in other cities and recommended the company. The room would be fine for a single person but really didn't have closet space and counter space for 2 people. The layout was too compact - not roomy at all. We could have overlooked that but one thing we cannot overlook is that although we told the front desk when we left to go to the hospital around 9am each morning that we wanted our room cleaned while we were out and would be back around 3pm - every time we found the room just like we left it (not cleaned). We had to go back to the front desk and tell them and then had to sit out in the lobby until finally the maid came out and told us the room had been serviced. Never once did they clean it without us begging. I don't ever plan on staying in another one anywhere again.

Not at all what we expected

Pros: Expedia
In comparison to the one in OKC, this completely misses the mark. Facility felt dirty. The bartender on of the evenings was having problems with his register and was very snippy and rude.

Comfortable room but the air con is way too loud!

Pros: Comfortable bed
Cons: Better breakfast, quieter air conditioner and more pleasant smell by the elevator
Location: There are lots of shops around the hotel
A rather pleasant stay save for the noisy air conditioner and poor breakfast!
