Conference in Frisco

We were in Frisco for a conference. This was our first time staying at an Aloft property, but it won't be our last. The staff was very courteous and helpful. And the breakfast was amazing!! Thank you!

Perfect hotel next to the mall!

Excelent, breakfast is really good, the room was clean and the staff is great. Ambient is very young colorful and funky. You would love it there.

Modern, quiet hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Clean room with plenty of space. Ample parking, laundry facilities and public areas were always neatly stocked with inventory and clean. We enjoyed meeting our bartender, Matt. :)

Great getaway hotel, beds best ever slept on

Wife and I needed a getaway for the night. Found Aloft and tried for the first time. Was absolutely an amazing, comfortable, quiet and great hotel

No phonebook in the room Got locked out of my room. Room not cleaned. Not a good experience. I will stay away from your hotels in the future.

HorribleWiFi service - upload speeds of 500KBs!!! That's worse than 1990's dial up!

basic place to lay m head

Pros: The air-conditioning work being passively and there were a lot of pillows which are very comfy.
Cons: I do you been to the bathroom. making sure the refrigerators work.
Location: There's like 1000 restaurants nearby that a lot it's ridiculous.
We had a two bedroom room and beds were like squishy rocks. The bathroom was tight and small. And there was no fan in the bathroom so you blew it up it stank up the whole room. Overall it was a decent place to stay to sleep, change watch a movie on TV if you wanted to but it's nothing to write home about I didn't dislike it but I don't know if I would go there again.

Switched rooms on me

I reserved a room with a king size bed (traveling for business alone) and when I went to check in, the gentleman at the reception desk handed me a key. As soon as I got to the room I noticed it was a double bed. When I went to ask him about it, he said that Expedia solely reserves me a room, but doesn't reserve me the room that I want. In that case, why didn't it reserve me a deluxe suite? I call bs. Very modern and clean hotel, but probably wouldn't stay there again because of this issue. Who knows what room I will get next? Is it whatever the clerk is feeling that night?

Hello Jon, We would like to apologize for this inconvenience while staying with us. This is correct. When you book a reservation with Expedia, the room type is not guaranteed. They place a request for you in our system. We literally get a comment in your reservation stating that you requested a king room or queen room. We could be sold out for months on kings, but the system will still allow you to book the room you would like, but it is a request by expedia. If you go to there website it does state all of this information as well. I do understand how this could be more than a terrible stay, and we do apologize for this matter. We would love to hear what we could do to make you happy about staying with us again!
