Well, the morning staff was friendly.

Most notable parts of the experience... disappointing bed comfort... threw my back out. The pool and hottub were practically unusable with the intensity of the chlorine, though I imagine the fact it was totally enclosed inside with no airflow magnified that issue. The gentleman that was Manning the desk at the early morning hours was very pleasant and helpful. So I give the staff a thumbs up

This hotel was pretty old and in need of updating! The plumbing (sink and shower) keep back up. The beds are mostly old. The carpet is for sure old and dirty (stained). We stayed here one night and that was plenty! One good thing, it's close to the Whole Foods. :-)

No housekeeping until 5pm, then a knock in the door asking if we needed any service. One of 2 elevators out of service. Exterior of building in need of maintenance, overall needs update.

Cons: The desk clerk would not apply our stay to ur Windham rewards account since we booked through Expedia.
It was a convenient place to stay during our trip. It was easy to find with easy access and convenient parking. The room was clean and comfortable. The oriental restaurant was closed, but we would not have chosen them for dinner anyway. Directions to other eating houses could have been more explicit.

Hello Bear, Thank you for staying with us and taking the time to give us your feedback. Unfortunately, the only way to acquire Wyndham rewards is by booking directly through the hotel nor through Wyndham. There is no place for us to attach a Wyndham rewards number in our system when the reservations are booked through a third party. We apologize for the inconvenience. I am happy you were able to enjoy our central location and comfortable rooms. We hope to see you again real soon!

Front desk staff in am needs to be reminded guests are the reason they are employed.. never greeted me and one was on her iPhone while I was at counter. Evening staff was better. I have never seen a hotel with a rear door that didn't require a room key to enter. This door opened to an open field by a highway so anyone off street could walk right in. I'm sure the front desk people would never know.

We do have extensive security cameras at all entrances and employees that are constantly walking the premises doing security checks. Thank you for your concerns.

Hello, Thank you for staying with us and taking the time to give us your feedback. Our prices do vary with the season, and typically weekends will be more expensive than weekdays or during the off-season. We do offer an in-house Vietnamese restaurant that is a local favorite!
