This beautiful condo at the Mountainside Complex is centrally located and convenient to the main activities that the Rocky Mountains of Colorado have to offer. With over 800 square feet of total space this two bedroom, two bathroom condo that accommodates up to 7 people is perfect for your next Rocky Mountain vacation.

Upon entering the condo the master bedroom is located immediately to your right. The master suite includes a king bed, 32 inch flat screen TV, walk-in closet with extra blankets and pillows, and re-modeled an en-suite bathroom with glass shower. To the left you will find the 2nd bedroom, which includes a captain bunk bed (a twin and full mattress).

Continue down the hallway and the re-modeled full guest bathroom is on your left. At the end of the hallway you will find the remodeled galley kitchen with granite countertops and new stainless steel appliances. The living room has a new 43” smart flat screen TV and DVD player. The living room also includes a gas fireplace, sofa sleeper, and sliding glass door that leads to the balcony with 4 hightop chairs and a table for relaxing outside.

Mountainside is a quiet complex that borders the National Forest, Ten Mile Recreation Trail, the Blue River bike path; access hiking and recreation trails in just 200 yards. Summer or winter, enjoy the stroll along the sidewalk lined path just five blocks to Frisco Main St and free Summit Stage Bus stop. Frisco is a quaint, historic mining town with great dining and shopping opportunities, and is centrally located in the heart of Summit County; with direct access to Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Keystone, A-Basin, Beaver Creek, Loveland, and Vail.

There is covered, reserved parking for one vehicle and outdoor parking for a second vehicle. Guests have all the amenities needed to relax and enjoy their mountain vacation in the clubhouse that offers an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, racquetball court, and laundry room. Outside there are three additional hot tubs, tennis courts, picnic area and a volleyball court.

Overall, the property was clean and in very nice condition. The instructions concerning how to gain access to the lock box were sketchy and required a phone call late at night in the freezing cold. We also never could get the gas fireplace to work. The people we dealt with were very nice and I would certainly stay there again and recommend the location and room to friends. I think this was a good value overall and a pleasant experience.

Amazing location with great views, that’s about it
The property is close to Main Street and great on first glances. Check in at 4pm (not a minute sooner) and check out at 10am. The furniture is very uncomfortable and outdated. The TVs are literally from the 90’s with one about 12 inches and other 27. The internet is equal to the dial up days in speed. No AC so if staying in the summer prepare to sweat all night. The beds are comfortable and bathrooms are nice and recently renovated. For the money I would look elsewhere in the area. Not bad just not great. Especially with extreme limits on check in and out times. Really limits time in the area.

Manager was wonderful in trying to help us with a broken dishwasher. Maintenance couldn’t fix it during our stay. We used most dishes in 2 nights and was told housekeeping would wash the dishes next day. Also as we opened the slider door shade one of the slats fell off. It had a torn hole and a bunch of tape on it. We could not get it to go back up. The lower bunk bed smelled like old urine as did a spot in LR. I think it might be good to have maintenance go thru and make sure these rentals are in good shape before renters come.otherwise we enjoyed the area and trip itself. Vrbo is a wonderful service that we will use again. Thank you.

Updated and clean condo in a quiet location in Frisco. Indoor pool for the kids and several hot tubs
Our family of 5 had a great time at the Mountainside Condos. It is a large older condo complex but well maintained and this unit was updated. We had great views of the mountains. It is about a 15 min walk to downtown Frisco. The indoor pool in the clubhouse was great for the kids and several outdoor hot tubs. Would recommend for an affordable place to stay in Summit county. Also, the property was managed by Colorado Rocky Mountain Resorts - they were very nice and accommodating.

Great condo in Frisco
This was our third time in one year visiting the Frisco/Breckenridge area. Last year during the holidays we stayed in Breck and found it to be too crowded. This summer we stayed at the RV resort which is nearby. Downtown Frisco is super convenient to all the major ski resorts. We ended up going to Copper two days and A Basin the other two days. Much less of a crowd and A Basin is where you get the best skiing for your buck with minimal lines. As far as the condo goes it was well stocked and maintained. The only suggestion I have is it needs a laundry basket or two. There is no washer/dryer in the condo (should have checked on that before I confirmed). You have to take your clothes to the clubhouse to launder them. After carrying them down the three flights of stairs and over to the clubhouse, of course all of the washers/dryers were in use. My husband and I drove to downtown to the local laundromat and washed the clothes. My suggestion is either bring enough clothes for each day you are there, or take time out of your vacation to wash them. Also for those who drink coffee there is a coffee pot but no Keurig. Plan on buying or bringing ground coffee.
