Quick Business Trip

This was a quick business trip in Frisco, TX. I wasn't at the hotel longer than 8 hours or so (late flight in, early check out prior to meeting), but the room was very nice. The bed was comfy, the shower had good pressure, and the free coffee at the breakfast bar in the morning was great too. I had a light breakfast of fresh fruits, but they had much more hearty options available, including delicious-looking biscuits and gravy. I will be staying here again for all of my trips to Frisco.

Just one night, would have loved more.

Nice hotel, beds super comfy and TV had something for everyone in our party. We arrived late so the night auditor checked us in and she was great. The only "negatives" I have are that the breakfast seemed to have few options and they were very slow to restock so I opted to leave after feeding my kids as opposed to having breakfast myself. Also, (long story) but we planned on parking our RV there for the night. I called before making the reservation to ask if that was going to be okay, I asked twice and was assured there was there was plenty of space but when we arrived we were told we had to park in a shopping center .25 miles away and walk back. It was a nice area so it wasn't a huge deal but it was late and dark and I felt a touch uneasy. It wasn't too far to walk but it would have been nice to have been aware of that prior. Especially since we didn't know the area. Overall, this is on my list of places I would definitely stay again.

Fix your A/C noise and food

The A/C unit rattled and grinded. Was impossible to sleep. Asked them to fix, but nothing changed so we required a different room. New room had similar A/C noises and ceiling water stains!!. Food at breakfast gave us big digestion problems all day...so we never ate breakfast again...so much for complimentary breakfast benefits. Staff was very nice and helpful - just please fix your A/C and food!!

Nice place to stay.

I enjoyed the stay at Hampton Inn and Suites. The area around the hotel was very nice, close to shopping center. So many places to eat. Breakfast at the hotel was good too. The housekeepers should be faster to clean the rooms in the morning when the guests are eating.They came to clean our room after 2 pm when we wanted to relax.
