Centrally located between Breckenridge, Copper and Keystone ski resorts and within a short 30 minute drive to Vail. The spacious main living room has raised ceilings with an expanded view of the rugged nearby mountains, a large TV with cable and a fire place to create the perfect cozy environment to unwind after a day on the slopes or biking / hiking the nearby trails. The home is heated by recently updated radiant floor heating for a more consistent temperature throughout the entire home. In addition to the spacious 3 bedrooms, the second living spaces offer a separate space for the kids or just a quiet place to relax. A pull out bed is provided in the second living space. The kitchen offers all the expected appliances, pots and pans and plenty of utensils. The spacious deck provides a secluded space for relaxation along with a grill.
