I was at a marginal hotel and checked out to find something better. I found the Quality Inn and when I walked in my door it was such a relief…the extreme difference between the two was front and center.

Very Pleased. Located just on the edge of town. Very clean, and safe grounds. Shops and food a very short drive(less then 5 mins.) Will stay again on my next trip to area.

The cleanliness of the rooms was not that great. There was dirt that you could see was not vacuumed up all around the bed and the furniture, and then the pillows were about the size that you would have on a sofa very very uncomfortable. The towels and the bed linen all smelled not very pleasant.

Nice overnight stay
We had a comfortable overnight stay with our dog. The area did feel safe. The complimentary breakfast was nice as well. This location was not far from the main highway which makes it a convenient overnight stop.

The front desk person welcomed us in a unique manner without any unnecessary words or smile. All the information such as breakfast and Wi-Fi was on the paper container of the room keys, so we had no problem at all.

Pubic hair all over in the shower of the first room they gave me, soaps were used and put back in sleeves. Sheet did not appear to be changed from the previous visitor the second room as there was make up and hair on pillow. Disappointed to say the least. Front Desk was friendly and offered room switch, however, all rooms appear to be equally unclean.

The facility was well kept and the breakfast was good. The staff was not friendly or welcoming. I didn't like that the young girl at the front desk put my license on the counter after I gave it to her in her hand. I feel like she needs to work on customer service skills.
