Great staff shame about the hotel

Posted Jul 9, 2017
We had previously stayed here three times and were sufficiently happy enough to come back for a fourth visit. Sadly our request for an apartment in block C wasn't accomodated, despite various emails exchanged. We were placed in block B which had no facility to obtain a drink or a snack while you sunbathed round the pool area as the bar had been closed since our last visit. We moved to the pool at block A across the road which at least had a bar for drinks, but didn't do snacks. You have to be situated in block C in order to get the benefit of your all inclusive deal, also for the entertainment. Very disappointed at the closure of the bar in block B, downstairs restaurant and shop in block C too. Staff are brilliant though, hard working and always have a smile for you. Unless there was to be a serious upgrade in facilities then we won't be returning. Sad really, as the hotel could be fantastic given the location and the staff deserve so much better.

You get what you pay for!

Posted Feb 27, 2017
Pros: The food was ok, not a great deal of variety but well cooked
Cons: Pretty much everything could be improved but for the price do not expect too much
Location: Less then a mile walk to a lovely beach and a few fun although very British bars
Low cost holiday, low cost experience. The room was pretty bad, all the doors were sliding patio doors & only 1 key per family. Everything had an extra cost including the luggage drop (2 euro's), Kettles, irons, air conditioners, safe keys. The all inclusive drinks were limited as was the food service & house keeping again if you pay you you could have extra. I can't speak for all the apartments but I'm pretty convinced the walls on my were made of paper, should you really be able to hear footsteps outside a room that has no windows? The pool was not heated but there were 4 pools which meant that there wasn't poolside overcrowding, this was good as 50% of the sun loungers were broken

Lovely place. Not suitable for disabled though as lots of steps slopes and very spread out.

Not the best

Posted Oct 16, 2016
Pros: Location
Cons: Noisy, wife never felt safe here.
Location: Location was good but ended up out most days to escape the noise.
The room had signs of more than one previous break in which didn't instantly put you at ease. Bed was the worst bed we had ever slept on The staff were very polite and friendly. The food was ok Would I return no.
