Zero Service but Comfortable Room

I enjoyed the view, the value, the gym, and the comfortable beds. However, this is a large coach bus hotel on top of a shopping mall. Expect long lines and waits. I tried calling the front desk, bell staff, and room service multiple times and no one ever picked up either in the evening or next morning. I had to travel 33 floors each time I needed something. They never came up for my bags after waiting an hour. Basically expect a decent room but you will have to do everything else on your own.

Not far from the downtown core & JR Hakata area. Convenient to a few sightseeing places you must go visit; great variety of Japanese style breakfast but you’ve to pay for; staff at the front desk are super pleasant with directions, taxi service assistant and luggage temporary storage; will definitely return to stay in the future!

Most of the staff are not fluent in English so there were difficulties in the beginning until others could help. In room coffee quality is pathetic. Location is very inconvenient no close to small eateries and coffee shops... too isolated. Who wants to pay 3-4 times the price to eat at the hotel restaurants? During the conference, the lunch item selections are the same.. very rigid style... Japanese food like sushi and ramen (well known in Fukuoka) were unseen for the three lunches.

Pros: Every thing.
Cons: More info about land transportation in English.
Location: Canal city, Tenjin and Hakata close by.
We were expecting cold bottled water in the room but there were none.

Nice hotel

Staffs are friendly, good location, quiet environment, convenient transportation, but no wifi or weak wifi connection. I enjoyed the hotel.

Good location near to seaside. Room is smaller than I tought but decent size for 2 guests. Most of the staff are professional and kind. However English communocation was limited. Want to visit again

Expensive food prices

Make sure you don't eat at the super overcharged prices restaurant / buffet this was our second time staying in 2 years and we were misinformed by the server on the fees for the meals and we ask to charge the room. For our surprise the prices were super higher than what was told and we had to fight at checkout so they could honor the prices given to us by the server.If English is a barrier for the server's they should have more training.....777 yen for a glass of coke is highway robbery there's a Convinience store in the Hotel Family Mart that you can get food at normal prices
