Great hotel with subway just outside. Staff are friendly and helpful but wish they could speak little more English. Overall its a good hotel. Highly recommend this hotel

We stayed here for 7 nights. The hotel just a few steps to the wanatabi metro station. Next door Family mart is 24 hr, 7 11 is nearby. Lots of eatery places nearby. The room is big, bed is comfortable. Speedy check in and check out. I have a massage chair in my room also. It is so clean and spotless. Excellent!!

We stayed one night and didn’t manage to try the breakfast. We like the classic hotel look. Our room was next to the hotel store room and our window can look at the store and vice versa, not much of privacy if we open the window.

Nice large hotel with all the amenities. It’s been halfway updated as you will see by the yellow tubs and yellowy walls. Bed a litt flat for me but a nice room nonetheless

My favorite hotel in Japan so far. Everything feels upscale and the rooms are actually big compared to the usual Japanese hotel rooms. The service staff is top-notch. The hotel is only a few steps away from the Watanabe-Dori subway station. I would definitely stay here again.

Its very near to izakaya and 7-11 The staff who accomodated us let me feel he’s more superior than the guest(me). The welcome drink for VIP is only a bottle of mineral water

Extremely courteous and friendly staff. We have stayed here twice and will always stay here when we return to Fukuoka. Also, they offer an incredible teishoku breakfast.

Unlike Japanese hotel that claim to be hotel this is really a hotel. It has huge lobby, reception area, restaurents and shops inside. 1 min walking distance from Watanabe-Dori makes travel in Fukuoka very convenient. Hakata, Tenjin are both easily accessible. Rooms were big. Room. Provides 2 bottled water daily. All amenities are provided. Staff is polite and enough manpower to handle guests requests efficiently. Do not have any negative/improvement comment as Hotel fulfilled all expectations. Although we visited during Japan Local Holiday Peak season there was no compromise in quality.
