Visit our Fullerton travel guideThe hotel was clean and the room was comfortable. The main problem for me was the hotel is too close to the highway and at night it is hard to sleep. We were planning to stay for two nights, changed our mind and left after one night. Also there is only one elevator in the hotel and it is extremely slow so you have to wait 10 minutes for the elevator to arrive. We had to carry our luggage to 7th floor by stairs.
Beds were comfy but the bathroom needs to get cleaned better. Elevator crazy slow. And night time front desk not welcoming. Better front desk employes at morning. Overall..
First time at this hotel since the towers have been owned by Holiday Inn Express. Very nicely updated. The beds are extremely comfortable, which is very important to us. Breakfast was a nice change - loved the mini omelets and pancake machine! Bacon was excellent! Even though it was a small selection, there was something for everyone - mini omelets, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, a few cereal options and yogurt, fresh fruit, toast and bagels, juice and coffee. Well done! Looking forward to our next stay!
