Travelodge by Wyndham Fullerton Near Anaheim

Upon arrival the property looked decent and clean. As I was checking in the front desk associate seemed uninterested and as if I was bothering him for checking in, he did not smile say hello or even thank you. My wife and I just drove 5 hours from Las Vegas and wanted nothing more than to sleep. The next morning while exiting the shower, I pulled a towel from the rack above the toilet and found that every towel had blood stains on them causing me to be in complete disgust and use a personal beach towel that I had brought. The customer service and cleanliness of the property needs to be addressed immediately. The only positive thing about this property is the location and accessibility to Disneyland. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

The property is not maintained. the ice machine is pay for use, Asked for a non-smoking room. The room had been smoked in (cigarette burns on the refrigerator) Mold in the bath tub, Room smelled of old cigarette smoke and urine. Asked for a wake-up call, never got called. Could hear gun shots in the middle of the night.

Not a great place to stay at. In addition to the cost of the room and a $40 deposit, a $100 hold was placed on our card. We were told this hold was to ensure the card we used to book the room was working and that it'd be returned in a few days. The room and bathroom were small and extremely outdated. The towels and bed sheets were stained and the TV remote had build up on it. The bathroom doorknob was broken and the door chain latch was cracked so it wouldn't stay latched. There is not enough parking so we had to park a block away our second night. We would not book this hotel again.
