Ok hotel for the price, don't expect much.

Pros: Mediocre all around
Cons: Let people just pick up amenities from front desk
Location: Togos across the parking lot along with a Baskin Robins, Walmart close by as well
Was working an event in Anaheim, everything in the area was expensive so I got a hotel. Figured Brea is nice, decent area, and I've had a few good experiences with Extended stays. This was not one of them. First night, we asked for a few simple things, coffee maker, utensils, plates. Never got them. Second night we asked again. I was perfectly happy to wait and get them there, but they have to be delivered. It took an hour. We missed out on getting food from across the street because it closed while we waited because we didn't want to not be in the room when they arrived. Bathroom looked like someone had hacked at the counter, there was some sort of gunk left in our sink in the kitchenette, and the carpet was sticky in certain areas, so we kept our shoes on most of the time in the room. Next time, I'm just paying more to go somewhere else.

I am on business purpose no INTERNET

I came to stay there on business purpose from Bay and There is no internet since two days and these hotel staff never mentioned it. I had to check out as soon as I check in and moved to another hotel. The receptionist didn't even bother and very ridiculously charged me without any remorse. Never had this kind of experience before.

Disappointed with my stay.

The room condition was beyond disappointing. The carpet was extremely dirty, extremely stained and ugly. I didn't want to walk on it. The comforter had a stain on the top corner that looked like a coffee stain. The shower looked old and I didn't want to take a bath. And I love my baths so shower it was. I paid Almost 100.00 because I thought paying more money would mean a better room. And it wasn't. I've had better room for 1/2 the price. I would never refer anyone to stay there. I will tell everyone I know to go elsewhere. And I work for Bank of America. And I select the hotels for our out of state visitors.

The hotel is run down and there was Gipson falling off in the bathroom peeled furniture and stained sofa bed.

In my personal opinion this wouldn't be my first choice of hotel to stay at. But everyone has their own opinion. I just think there are other nicer and cleaner options.

Stay somewhere else

Pros: The only good thing is the front desk staff were nice but didnt seem to have any abilities to make changes or do things on their own.

Booked this room very last minute and it was one of the only hotels that still had rooms available for the night which I now know why. Hotels lobby was very run down and the computers were not working properly, that should have been the first clue. We finally got into our room and it was not stocked and there was a bag of trash left in the room that the cleaning staff forgot to take out. The bathroom had dark black hair in the drain and the vanity area was also not wiped down. Our bed was made with a card saying it was but when I called to express to the front desk they apologized that there werent any other rooms available and they would send someone us to give us the items that werent stocked and take the trash out. They said if the bed was made then the room was clean --- we had to call them back about 30 minutes later to see if they were coming up and they finally did. Luckily for us we checked in around 5 pm and left an hour later only to return after midnight to sleep. I felt very unclean in there but did not have any other options at that point - definitely would not recommend staying at this hotel, you truly get what you pay for - Spend the extra 50 dollars and get a room somewhere else if it is available. For Brea being a nicer area I was surprised at this hotel. Really hope we slept in a clean bed!

Hotel in Brea

The hotel was alright! The thing that was disappointing was that they advertised serving breakfast but when we woke up early to eat some breakfast all that had was coffee, granola bars, and instant oatmeal. Wouldn’t consider that breakfast. So don’t think they should be able to advertise breakfast
