The room smelled like old food and stale smoke. The hallways and staircase was littered with cigarettes.

Hotel Bathroom

The staff was wonderful, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable but the room had mold in it. Rm 138

Could be better

Stayed here overnight and it was pleasant. I booked through expedia and the next day on my bank statement I saw that the hotel also charged me for the room. I called and got thus reversed no hassle but just inconvenient. The only complaint I have is there was soda bottles and trash still under our bed that looked like it had been there for months. It was super dusty under the bed.

Nice location

I had some business to take care of in Brea, however i came to this hotel previously in a different location i was so satisfied, this location is horrible. Room was not clean at all... floor is dirty 100%. Mattress smelled urine , No ventilation in the restroom, and over all the front desk rep she charged my credit card because she did not even see that i had this paid and booked through expedia . I will not go back to this hotel again.

Love 6 am car alarm wake ups and useless kitchen

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Everything. But start by telling the truth about no breakfast, no kitchen utensils, no coffee maker, no room clean up.
Location: Great if you like listening to the road noise due to paper thin walls.
What a joke! Great to have a "breakfast (ha ha) - no coffee available (at 9 am) and only food is a granola bar. 6 am car alarm provided wake ups - sounding like they were in my room due to paper thin walls. Having a kitchen is great except there are no plates, glasses. cups, pans, etc. no toaster or coffee maker - no ice maker. Don't expect any room clean up unless you stay for a week. Enjoy!

Nice but technically defected

I stayed here for about 4 days and each day i had to go get a new room key because for some reason the door lock wasn't accepting the room key. This is a better upgrade then my last stay because this hotel didn't even have room keys before. Other than all that, i enjoy staying here. Very simple and good location for me.

My Stay at Extended Stay of America Brea

The hotel is beautiful and the bed is comfortable but i was highly disappointed with the bathroom. It has mold in it, rm 138. The corners are absolutely disgusting and i intend to request for another room over the weekend. My 1st time ever seeing a very standard hotel in the U.S with such

Nice experience

I needed a last minute 2 nights stay but budget is tight . I read reviews only after I already booked so I don't know what to expect . Maybe I'm just lucky but I got a very clean room , fresh smell linem which I never used as I always take my own ☺️ clean refrigerator , microwave and stove , toiletries and all that I needed for my stay . Ironing board too :) Yes no coffee maker but who drinks coffee at the motel if you could pick up one next door . Hotel is less than 5 mins drive to the mall and less then a min drive to so many stores and restaurants on my first day I thought key wasn't working so I called for assistance . In less than 5 mins , a young girl in the front desk came and another lady . That only tells me they do their work. My stay was a nice experience , maybe asked for the third floor no smoking area and you will get a better room to stay

Close to cal state Fullerton but run down.

Cons: Remodel is in need a long time ago

Check in ok. Not much info about hotel volunteered by staff. Run down noisy room.
