Stay Away

Pros: Cheap
Cons: Rooms, beds, carpets
Person in room next door had to go to doctor because of bed bug bites. Carpets very dirty. Old mattresses. Walls are so thin you can hear every word / action from the people next door. When asked if they had a gym / work out room, manager said, yes, there is a sidewalk on the street and you can run up and down the street. I am not making that up.

This hotel is in major need of upgrades...especially mattresses!...also had very bad musty smell,& just overall not pleasant... :( Disappointed

We have recently renovated our rooms. We have redone the floors and replaced all our king mattres. We are still hard had work with more renovations and upgrades to come. We hope you will choose to stay with us again and check out all that we have done.

You smell curry throughout the whole hotel the food menus are filthy and the "breakfast" is awful

Noisy room with musty smell. Could hear people talking in rooms next to us. Also, when someone in another room used the water in the bathroom you could hear it very clearly.

We're sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us. We are currently renovating our property. We are removing the old outdated carpets and replacing with hardwood floors and will soon be replacing the furniture in the rooms as well hopefully this will help with that musty smell.

Room was nicely appointed, but the heater could not get the room warm.

Good morning I stood at the red roof inn located at 930 S 1st St Fulton NY 13069. It was a huge disappointment. The managers were so unprofessional. They would each take turns looking thru a crack in the office door located in back of the front desk. Not asking if we needed help because a worker was on the phone for a while with a customer booking a room. Then when we were in our room the heat didn’t work. There were blood stains on the sheets. No security on any of the doors leading to the lake in the back or the parking lot. So drug addicts were able to come and go as they please. It was extremely noisy. And people were partying in the hallways at all hours of the night. The food was hard as a rock during the “free” breakfast. I would definitely say this particular location needs to be looked at and worked on asap for the safety of anyone that stays there. I paid $135.00 and was highly disgusted by the service and hotels up keeping which was horrible. If someone can please look into this. Thank you.

Pros: I liked the view and cleanliness
Cons: Some hallways have a musty smell, but I think some others who reviewed are just too picky. The price is very good for what you get. Overall pleasing.
Location: Lots to do and close proximity
The front desk is your initial experience and I found them to very helpful and caring of you having a nice stay.

Not A Good Place To Stay

I had to stay here for work and the place is generally run down. It has a restaurant but the food is not good. Overall, it is not a place I would recommend.

Great location No hot water

The halls were freezing as was the breakfast room. Barely lukewarm shower. The heater in the room worked good. The microwave and fridge worked good. The carpet in the room and hallways were very stained and old. Halls were dimly lit and very cold. The lock to the exterior did not work. Furniture was old and worn. Bed was ok and no bugs. Breakfast was the minimal. Like cardboard. They did keep the snow scooped mostly. TV was a small flatsceen that worked fine. While we sat shivering in the breakfast room we could hear the staff arguing loudly. When we went to checkout there was noone around.
