“As I said in my review from the previous stay, the property is well located, service very efficient and polite, pretty good breakfast and comfy beds. I switched to a smaller room after the rest of my party left and upon entering found it dusty. The bed had been made without a fitted sheet and the linens had small hairs and plenty of fuzzies. The toilet water kept running and the hair dryer didn’t work. The floors had not been moped. I contacted front desk and they rectified the situation……

“I had communicated that I would be arriving in the early hours of the morning and asked for check-in instructions. I was advised that they could only be sent once o arrived at the building and that there would be someone available to do this. There wasn’t. I ended up having to wait in the lobby of the building till the morning and then had to wait another couple of hours for the room to be cleaned even though my booking started the day before and the apartment should’ve been ready. The apartment……
