Villa Tiziana is an enchanting and refined property, located in Furore, one of the most enchanting towns of the Amalfi Coast, a corner of paradise nestled between the sea and the mountains, the main attraction of this small town is its powerful and ostentatious beauty. Furore offers its guests the beauty of an uncontaminated reality because far from the chaos and smog of the big cities, suitable for those who want to spend a holiday of relaxation and quiet. The property has two private parking spaces a few steps from the entrance. The Villa can comfortably accommodate 14 people. About 900 meters from the property there is a Market, a pharmacy, a bar, a post office and a convenient bus stop. About a kilometer and a half from the hotel there is an excellent restaurant while about 900 meters you can reach a farm that offers a traditional cuisine.

- 1 bathroom with walk-in shower with balcony overlooking the sea;
- A wonderful and spacious open space that serves as a fully equipped kitchen and living area with TV / SAT and a wonderful panoramic balcony with access to the beautiful terrace;
The second floor is divided as follows:
- 2 double bedrooms with en suite bathroom with walk-in shower;
- A beautiful fully equipped kitchen;
- Living area with TV / SAT and marvelous panoramic balcony;
- Finally, this property has a beautiful private terrace with spectacular views with table, chairs and deck chairs.
The third floor is divided as follows:
- 1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom with walk-in shower;
- 1 double bedroom with cradle, panoramic balcony with adjoining bathroom with shower cabin;
- 1 bedroom with a panoramic balcony with an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a spa bath;
- A huge kitchen fully equipped with every comfort;
- Living area with TV / SAT, comfortable sofa, window and panoramic balcony from which you can admire the beauty of a unique landscape;

THE GUESTS, THAT WILL WILL BOOK THIS VILLA, WILL HAVE TO WELCOME DINNER AT MELCHIO 'RESTAURANT, FAR ONLY 2 MINUTES BY WALKING. THE MENU 'IT WILL CONSIST OF AN APPETIZER, FIRST DISH, DESSERT AND LOCAL WINE.

VERY IMPORTANT:
EXTRA COSTS, CASH AT THE CHECK-IN TIME PAYABLE: Euros 350 of final cleaning, bed linen (1 change per week), general maintenance, cleaning pool, 2 parking spaces, internet connection, water and gas. Electricity included air conditioning up to 300 kWh, per kWh more will be calculated at EUR 0. 42 cents.

PLEASE NOTE
- In case the guests have to come after 20 o'clock have to pay a penalty of euros 30 by cash.
- At the check-in time you will be requesting the identity card or the passport of the City Tax. From 2011, the Town Hall approved the application of the tax for all non-residents. This tax was created to improve and offer more services. The cost is € 2 per day per person. The tax does not apply to stays between November 1 and March 31 and is calculated only on the first 7 nights. They are exempt from children under the age of 10 years.
