Not so 5 star

Ambience was okay. Clouset/dresser area was very smelly. The room did not had microwave even though the room i booked was Grand deluxe. Fitness centre was so so. There are better places to stay for the amount of money you are paying.

Impressive stay

The staff are friendly. Encouraged us to join SPG and offered us late check-out. Will definitely stay again.

Great hotel in heart of Shenzhen

Sheraton’s location in Futian is great for people visiting Shenzhen. The facility is clean and breakfast buffet is also accommodating.

Dated and staff needs training

We stayed one night over weekend, room is dated and not small. Reception had confusion if our booking comes with breakfast or not, despite clearly stated in our hotels.com voucher that it comes with breakfast and free wifi. Swimming pool is not opened. In the middle of night, i.e. 3pm loud drunker guests was making so much noise in the corridor that I was woken up and couldn't sleep.

Superb staff

The hotel itself is very nice and the rooms are modern and clean. I had a problem with the adjoining room partying all night but, on calling reception, was upgraded to a suite. What really makes this hotel stand out, however, is the hotel staff who are invariably friendly and helpful. The number of English speaking staff in the hotel is also impressive. The club lounge is nice, quiet and well appointed.

This hotel is in a good spot for bars and restaurants. The rooms are ok maybe a little tired. We booked King beds non-smoking yet upon arrival were informed they had no such rooms available. Only twin rooms. I was left wondering what is the point of taking a reservation all? I was there in Summer and the pool was closed. I was looking forward to a swim and few drinks by the pool after work but not to be. I'd probably try a different hotel in the same area next time.

Furnishings are a bit old, there was a bug wandering around on the toilet, Not enough water in the room, only two bonaqua, and had to drink a 58 rmb bottle of mainland produced mineral water. On the good side, I got a free upgrade and the linen was very comfortable. The safe was user friendly and the water pressure was okay but can be improved upon, and the hot water is readily available.

Great location! Close to convention center, subway amd mall!!!! Good breakfast! Comfort room! Not so great out door swimming pool but still have a large indoor one too. Overall 5 out of 5!!!
