Hotel is well located, but older and not renovated. Cleanliness is ok. Room was cold with no ability to control. Offense is adorable but extremely expensive.

Nice personel but doesn’t live up to 4-star-rating
Not very clean room and not a 4-star-rated standard. Very kind and helpfull personel but too few to service a fully booked hotel (we are aware of Covid-19 situation). Morning buffet was just standard but had expected it to be more ekstraordinary for a hotel with 4-star-rating (scrambled eggs was dry, boring bake-off bread).

Kind of sweet, bit of old world charm, very helpful staff, nice breakfast. A nice break from rather stark decor of other stays, if a little fading.

Value for money
The room was small but quite comfortable. It is a little dated but that didnt affect my stay all. Enjoyed the breakfast which had a good and varied selection of hot and cold dishes. Overall the Windsor was good value for money

This property was quaint and very centrally located. The room is very old, with a step up to the tiny bathroom and no AC. The dining room and downstairs area were very nicely appointed. We thoroughly enjoyed the lovely included buffet breakfast. My husband was not happy with the lack of parking. We had to park across the street and drag our luggage to the hotel. They did have a very tiny lift. I liked the property.

Cold water and lack of power - not recommended
Only cold water in the room which shouldn’t be possible in an expensive hotel in a big city, no power outlets close to the bed and bizarrely one lamp was placed with an unhinged cord next to an ancient outlet that the cord didn’t fit - so no lighting close to the bed either. The room was very small as was the bed.

Breakfast was good but there is no air con the room was not comfortable and with the hot weather we've had that was a long night of no air the bathroom facilities were awful, old, no toiletries and the beds were as old as myself -- I wouldn't stay here again

No hot water to shower on Sunday morning - lukewarm only. OK on Saturday. No bath towel on Sunday morning - only discovered this when getting out of shower. Breakfast a bit disappointing - heavily watered fruit juice, and fruit salad had run out - replenished by the time I finished my breakfast..

Really nice hotel - great location for the train station, the park and the town. Staff really friendly and helpful. Nice size tv in the bedroom, good breakfast and excellent tea and cakes in the afternoons! Perfect!

Not a great hotel
It said it was a double bed but it really was two twin beds that wouldn’t stay together. The heater didn’t work so the room was freezing. No one was at the desk so we had to wait multiple times for over 15 minutes before someone came. Would not recommend this hotel.

We booked double room but got 2 beds instead of double bed. None guarantee for double beds, said the lady in the reception. She was extremely impolite but I imagine that this with double beds is something that several guests complain about. the breakfast didn't taste at all, poor and cold. Stay away of this hotel.

Short trip to Odense
The hotel located,in good location I.e. short walk from Train station, to shopping area and all tourist attraction. However, the condition of the room is a bit out dated. Anyway, no problem for a short stay based on mu budget. Still recommend for budget traveller. But would recommend the hotel to have immediate upgrade.

Friendly staff in top location
A quirky older style hotel location very close to all that we wanted to see. Check in and bar staff were super helpful and really friendly.Brekky was included and was a great start to the day. Easy walk to the station for our onward journey. It's not flash and new but homely ,clean and comfy.
