Hotel under construction

Pool was not available due to construction. Expedia did not notify me. Was disappointed that we had to stay in hotel during construction.

Took into consideration hotel was being renovated. The odor in the bathroom was really bad. Not sure what gave it that nasty smell. It was a comfortable room, just very dated.

I really love this this place it is very clean that's why I always choose you but I stay local and the only way I can get a room is if I book online and a bad problem but I don't feel like it should be this way.

Overnight stay while traveling

Location: used it for overnight stay
4th floor room very quiet even though next to Interstate and renovations

Hampton Happy.

The room smelt like an ash tray when we first enter the room. We went for lunch and when we got back everything was ok. Other than that it really was a nice stay. We enjoyed I stay.

Dirty Jacuzzi and Noisy Room

Pros: Breakfast was good and kept well-stocked.
Cons: House keeping and front desk fixing customer problems.
Location: Outlet shopping and restaurants within walking distance.
I was very disappointed with my room at the Hampton Inn in Gaffney. I had a room with jacuzzi, which was very dirty below the jets water line. I only took a shower in it, which was bad enough. Also, another downside was that the room was noisy with pipe vibrations from the water heater for the jacuzzi. The noise went on day and night. I told the front desk about the problem and they said that maintenance would fix the problem. They did not offer me another room. Maintenance never showed and the noise continued until I checked out the next morning. If you need to stay there, skip the jacuzzi rooms.
