Friendly staff, free parking on-site and a good selection of restaurants nearby. Rooms were not great, see-through curtains, ants in bathroom, cracked shower head holder, so it couldn't stay in place and very noisy.

Great place to stay
The staff was very friendly and rooms were comfortable especially with the air conditioning. The restaurant was good and breakfast had many options. It is a bit far away from any attractions so would recommend a vehicle. Would stay here again

The property is really on the outer edge of the town. Very limited transport . On top of that is is geographically in France not Switzerland so no free day pass is available for Geneva . To reach the hotel you have to walk anything between 400 mtrs to 2 kilometers . Only one bus brings you close to the hotel that too arrives once an hour and is unavailable post 8 pm.

The property was not in a very convenient location and was quite dated. A large bus full of teenagers stayed and spent a good part of the night up and loud. The triple room was very small and awkward, shower floor was extremely slippery. The third mattress was broken and uncomfortable

Nice little hotel!
I would describe this hotel as quaint, or old fashioned, in a good way. The furniture and decor takes you back to the past, yet the bathrooms are new and nice. It was all clean and comfortable. It was wonderful to have such easy parking. The staff was fantastic. What my teenagers loved the most was that we booked a room for 4 and got two adjoining room with 3 beds each so they had their own space. We booked due to the price and availability, yet we loved staying outside of Geneva and driving in to town as it gave us a chance to see various neighborhoods. The drive in was easy.

Great service !
Very nice person at the desk! As I was leaving before the Sunday breakfast hours, he very nicely offered to make a tray with croissants, bread , jam.. oj for me to have in the evening so I wouldn’t miss my breakfast !

Great little hotel for overnight transit stop

We had room next to a high voltage room .A constant noise can be heard in this room sounds like a plane taking off especially during the night . We have asked the guy from reception to change the room , he looked very unaware of this noise . He has offered us an extra charge room but we refused. He made a phone call and arranged for a change. New room had no towels , we have asked the guy from reception but he told us that new room should have towels. He said he will arrange for later. He finish his shift and no towels. We have asked the lady from next shift and she brought us towels in 2 minutes. You have to be aware of bathrooms , they have mould as there is no ventilation. Also the source of heating is air conditioning which also can be noisy. Breakfast ok .

Highly customer friendly.
The room was small but very comfortable. There was a door leading out to a garden, where it was lovely to walk, and nice to let in fresh air. Our room had a kettle, and supplies to make coffee. Breakfast was lavish, including Brie cheese, a first on this trip, and delicious. Moreover, the staff were super helpful. We were trying to save money on meals, so went to the local Co-Op, and bought cold meat, cheese, and salad, and fresh fruit & cream for our 2 days. The hotel loaned us plates, bowls, and cutlery, and put our small cooler (with the extra food for the second night) in the hotel fridge. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel quality and price
We wanted to rent a hotel room in Geneva but the prices were too expensive, so we decided to stay a bit further. The hotel is 25 min from downtown Geneva It's clean, comfy, nice, great shower. Restaurant good and breakfast simple Would come back

I called in advance to cancel my reservation for 1 of the 2 days and was told it would be fine but later on I was still charged for both days. I even had someone call to speak to them in French since I speak French and explain the whole situation about how I had a friend who lives in Switzerland offer to let me spend the night at her house so this way I could spend time with her and they would have a vacancy for another guest to stay in the hotel the first night...

A very nice and quaint hotel.
We really love this hotel. It was a very nice hotel. Just be aware that the lobby locks up at 8 or 9pm only to open up again at 7am. Outside of those hours your on your own. But understanding these limitations everything else, including the staff were great. Public transportation offerings are also limited.

Don't expect more then a road side motel
First the OK: Check in/out was easy. Location is good for getting to Geneva and to things outside Geneva like the cable car to the top of the mountain. Now the rest: a weird smell when you first enter the room. Rooms are small. Beds are VERY small and sunken in the middle. Very noisy, not because of location, but you hear every door from surrounding rooms close and people walking around. Don't look under the bed! The layer of dust was about 1" thick. There was mold on the ceilings of the bathrooms because there is no vent. The trash can in the bathroom had a mystery stain/substance around the rim and leaking down the front. I have broad shoulders, and at the risk of TMI, when I sat on the toilet I was wedged up against the sink causing the loose seat to slide 1/3 off. I didn't try the breakfast. It looked lacking and the coffee/espresso machine was broken. Went to a patisserie down the road. All things considered, the rates for this place should be half of what they charge, or they need to hire a better facilities manager.
