All they do is talking about people sheeting never be clean and the rooms was dirty had to go back in reclean it and I just don’t like the people that work here maybe one are two of them I speak to the rest I don’t give a damn about because it been many time I had to bite my tongue 👅 and kept my cool 😎 once I leave I never stay here again

Room one was extremely dirty and stinky, water would not drain in the sink, fully clogged with hair and mold . Sheets were stained and dirty floor was not vacuumed. Shower was not useable. Was given a second room, it was equally bad . We did not even want to sit on the beds , it was so disgusting. I am totally disgusted and disappointed with this place, even the finish on the bath tubs were gone there are holes in the base of the doors and the terrible odour was overwhelming. I am hopeful for a full refund, the receptionist said she would submit one

There were dead bedbugs under the bottom sheets. One single roll of toilet paper was provided. The toilet kept running all night. A group of young people were repairing their cars in the parking lot, some on jack stands. The vending machines were out of order/not stocked. There were full trashbins surrounded by garbage next to, and under the stairs to the second story. Room numbering was nonstandard, with rooms 140-160 on the second story. Continental breakfast was a Hostess pastry in its wrapper, along with a rice krispies bar, presented in a paper bag below a sign that said "take one." The flat-screen television worked well, but was only 28 inches. On the positive side, there were plenty of clean towels provided, and staff I encountered were friendly and prompt with customer service - just appear overwhelmed with the state of the property. Even though I prepaid through Expedia, I did not stay through the second night and opted instead to leave in the evening.

As I personally explained to you at the time of your stay it was not only a home football game (Arkansas) it was also parents weekend at the University of Florida so we were very busy that weekend. Manager is horrible. I came to check in but I was ask to remove my car because the parking is for customers only. But then, I said I am here to check in but this guy who introduced himself as the manager says I can check in now for $30 more dollars (2:40pm) other than that I am not a customer therefore leave the parking and come back when I am a customer.

You were asked to move your vehicle because you were parked in front of the office and did not want to take advantage of the early check-in process. I'm sorry you felt as if my associate doing their job was inappropriate but we do have policies we are trying to keep things under control. Also, you were not asked to leave, you were asked to pull to the side to make room in case other guests did want to check-in early. I hope your next stay goes to your liking and am very happy that our room accommodations were to your liking.

The front staff was nice and helpful. The first room smell clean but had some suspect spots in the shower and the mattresses were extremely old and stained. After asking for a different room, the next room was basically in the same shape as the first but the shower was a little cleaner. On the plus side, all the rooms had laminate floors, so at least no gross carpet. Hotel offers a free continental breakfast.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY. Photo is nothing what it looks inside. Cockroaches inside the fridge and all over the furniture. Bathrooms were not cleaned in weeks. Whole property needs remodeling. Paint chipping off the walls, Hair in all corners of the bathroom, lights not working, mattresses dirty with stains. We rented 5 rooms for other family memebers and each room was the same. When we complained to the staff, nothing was done.

The personnel were pleasant. It appears to have been built in the 1960-70's. One day, when we were attending funeral, we returned to Motel room to find the bed spread and bare pillows were laying in chairs. Room had not been cleaned by day crew. 😒 Everything but the TV and dresser were outdated. Bathroom shower came out in 5 or 6 streams of water... could not adjust shower to spray. A lot of traffic noise at I-75 & Route 441 intersection nearby. Continental Breakfast is pathetic.

We checked in the hotel just after 3pm. Got our room and went there. There was a big dead cockrouch in the front of our door. Kicked that away. Opened the door checked the room for possibly more roaches. Saw one on the wall just behing the microwave. Killed it. Then lifted the microwave and about 7 roaches stated running. I Put the microwave down and left. I Went to the office. Told them what I just wrote above and wanted a refund. They said that he could only put in a request for a refund. I would have to wait and see if I get one or not.
