I was very impressed by the politeness and the costumer service of the motel staff. I ended up not staying the second night due to the fact that I was up all night long not being able to sleep. The noise was awful. I could here every conversation of people in both adjacent rooms and their TV that went on all night long, not to mention the sound of the cars coming and going. And although I was in a non-smoking room, the aweful smell of cigarets smoke was coming in my room through the vents. If you are planning on being out partying all night and not getting any sleep during the night this is your place!

Rooms were disgusting, dirty, and stunk. Do not stay here. I've used expedia before and never had I hade such a horrible stay.

Horrible. Bad customer service i had to wait nearly an hour 1/2 to get checked in by a very rude clerk,there was a roach infestation inside the room. I would not recommend. This hhote To my worst enemy the only thing that was good was the location.

Go ANYWHERE else, disgusting hotel.

While in the "office" checking in, we were approached by a man asking to use our cellphones "to look up the price of a computer at best buy." He had also asked the rest of our party, who were waiting outside. He was angry when we said no, and proceeded to keep demanding until some other person sitting in the office obliged. Not a good start to our stay. Also, the man checking us in was really snarky, making comments about our reason for staying and wasting our time (check-in took forever!) We get to the room and there are sticky spots on counters, hair and dirt in the tub, a live spider in the microwave, and a little while later, a live cockroach in the bathroom. Lovely. The entire building is very dilapidated and looks like it should be condemned and torn down, honestly. Hotels.com, I implore you, how in the world did this hotel get a 3.5 star rating?
