The motel was found fine, great breakfast. However, our room had a flimsy a/c controller; broken charger station and a dysfunctional microwave. The eve of our arrival we noticed the charging station did not work and notified the front desk. It took 2 days for a workman to arrive but in the meantime we had had to buy an outlet, since it was needed to charge medical electral equipment. The front desk workers appeared to not care. The manager learned about this and said he would offer us a discount. Upon checkout, there was no discount, and had to be contacted much to the annoyment of the front desk worker. Fine place but needs workers with new attitudes.

The bathroom reminds me of a hositpal or nursing home bathroom. We were in a hamdicap accessible room which we didnt ask for.

We had a problem with intersection to get into property. Very dangerous, person at front desk agreed and suggested another way to get to Alachua. I wanted to change hotels because of this intersection. If a light is not installed, I will not stay at this hotel.

Clean, quiet and restful place. Sports bar attached with good food. Breakfast was good also. Treadmills in workout room need a little repairing. Overall a great stay!

The property was nice and the room was larger than I expected. However, the lady at the front desk that I checked in with was very unpleasant. I saw other friendly staff but she was my one interaction and it was ok.

Beautiful exterior and public area with standard room. They have a good breakfast. The only thing I have to complain for the stay is the towels. They are all damn.

We booked an ADA room for the needs of one of our travel mates. They sold the room out from under us before we arrived. Tried to have us stay in a room that can not accommodate a wheel chair bound person. Instead of helping in anyway they said , sorry it happens and that was it. We were room less clear across the country from our home in the middle of the night! We loved to stay at Best Westerns all over the states. This experience was the worst! The lack of care, and the fact that they have non ada needed people in the room designed to accommodate those in need is infuriating!!

The room was very nice and even had an area with a couch next to area with bed chair and table for tv. Pool was great and breakfast was great, as it included omelette and pancakes. They had a gathering of motorcyclists and they were noisy but you couldn’t hear them in the room. Would stay there again.

Room had several tiny little bugs crawling on the bathroom floor. Dusty end tables, dingy towels. Don’t think it has had any deep cleaning in a long time. Beautiful place that needs some updating and tender loving care. Breakfast was very good.

Beautiful exterior and public areas, rooms standard had to call for service - phones didn’t work, lightbulb missing - both remedied quickly. Breakfast. Little better than average as they had an omelet station with a live attendant. He only did omelets, tho - would not fry a couple of eggs! Other than an unusually lovely exterior, it was an as expected Best Western.

Surprisingly nice for a Best Western. I'm a bit of a " hotel snob", but this was a nice property. The staff was friendly, our room was clean, and the attatched bar/restaurant was nice. My only suggestion would be they invest in some new towels, ours were thin and dingy looking; and replace the rusting refrigerator ( it's an optics thing). But, overall, it was a clean, comfortable property.

Room was not cleaned on our first day though I asked numerous times and was promised it would get done. Room was very old needs an update. Not worth the money I paid. But I have to admit the breakfast was good and the staff was friendly and nice, but failed because of the room not being cleaned

Dated decor, could definitely use a thorough cleaning, and mini fridge wasn’t cold at all. Only stayed one night so can’t rate anything more than check in and room quality. They did have breakfast with someone making omelettes to order. Didn’t have one but nice option if you’d like something more than cereal or fruit for breakfast. Staff was pleasant and check in was quick and easy.
