We were unfortunate to have car problems so we had no transportation. Uber was unavailable. Luckily, we are good walkers and were able to walk a mile to a decent restaurant. Jack, at the front desk went above and beyond to help us and we are so appreciative of his efforts and kindness. We would definitely return to this hotel in the future.

Check in was easy and employee very friendly. Our tv wouldn’t connect and he came and fixed it immediately. Room was extremely clean, newly renovated. Shower water pressure was great; in-room coffee was way better than most, and breakfast was hot and good. Surprisingly excellent stay!

Nice stay
We were in town for a wedding. When I arrived the man at the front desk staff was so nice. He let me know about the hot breakfast that they cook their and asked if i needed any reccomendations for the night. The room was very clean. You could tell they were just redone. One of the cleanest hotel room bathrooms I have ever had.

My wife and I needed a hotel for the Gator football game, Gainesville was pretty expensive so we looked at the Starke area. I read the reviews for this hotel and decided the good out weighed the bad so I booked it. Im glad I did because we were pleased all around. Ty at the front desk was great! Very respectful and pleassnt to deal with! I did ask him for a renovated room and he happily did. The room was great, smelled great, looked great, it was basically brand new. The bathroom was great, plenty of hot water. This may sound crazy but the room was as nice as any $300 hotel we have stayed in. Thank you and we will be staying here again when we come through on the way to UF!

This hotel is severely neglected. There was no hot water in our room whatsoever (shower/faucet), door looked like it had previously been kicked in, bad odor.

Ms. Deanna Hill, thank you so much for staying with us, but in our opinion, we are far from neglecting any issues at our property. We are in the middle of our renovation process, which you probably noticed with the work crew, all of the signs, and inability to access the whole property! The hot water breaker was tripped, and thanks to our guest who notified us, was restored promptly. Please come back when we are all shiny and new to your liking after our renovation is complete. Please book in advance, because we do stay filled all the time.
