Comfortable and affordable

Pros: Price, cleanliness, comfor
Cons: Nothing that I can think of.
Location: Easy to find.
Friendly front desk staff, clean room with a bed with pillows of varying softnesses, which I appreciated.

Great value for the price

Spacious room, easily accompanied 4 adults. Loved the free snacks in the lobby, super comfy beds.

The location was great because it was right off of Interstate 75. Beds and bathroom were clean, but floors were exceptionally dirty. The walls were thin. We heard the dog barking next door. The HVAC unit made a high pitched noise off and on throughout the night.

Customer is above and beyond

This being my second Hotel of the night it was awesome. Front desk staff was extremely helpful even helped me bring my bags to my room because of my sleeping kids. Continental breakfast it was the best I have seen in a long time. The food was hot and the selection was plenty. There were even a wide variety of on-the-go snacks that were awesome later on in the day. This hotel really went above and beyond. If I'm ever in the area again this is where I will stay. I really appreciated all the staff having a smile on their face and being so helpful.

Pros: Close to Interstate!!!
Room coffee maker did not work. Shower Hot/Cold are plumbed backwards….hot water comes out of "Cold Water Setting"

It is old building. There is only one elevator in the building and VERY slow. Shampoo/Conditioner/Soap are poor quality, and I could not use them. It looks like there is only one time point for room maintenance, and we stayed until noon and there was no clean up for that day. Breakfast room doesn't have enough seating.

Nice Hotel

Short stay for graduation. Clean room, very quick check in and check out, good free breakfast included,easy to get to,parking was tight late at night but adequate
