Comfortable and affordable

Pros: Price, cleanliness, comfor
Cons: Nothing that I can think of.
Location: Easy to find.
Friendly front desk staff, clean room with a bed with pillows of varying softnesses, which I appreciated.

Pros: Close to Interstate!!!
Room coffee maker did not work. Shower Hot/Cold are plumbed backwards….hot water comes out of "Cold Water Setting"

It is old building. There is only one elevator in the building and VERY slow. Shampoo/Conditioner/Soap are poor quality, and I could not use them. It looks like there is only one time point for room maintenance, and we stayed until noon and there was no clean up for that day. Breakfast room doesn't have enough seating.

Comfortable, clean hotel for a good price

We booked the hotel for one night on a longer road trip. It was a great price and we were pleasantly surprised to see breakfast was included. It's not the ritz, but it is a clean and comfortable hotel. The staff were very friendly. Tracy at the front desk was very helpful! The beds were comfy and it was quiet despite being next to the interstate. I highly recommend for a good hotel at a bargain.

Pros: Staff
Cons: Need more parking spaces in the front.
I was spoiled by this hotel. The staff were so nice!!! They smiled,was polite and always willing to help. Breakfast was delicious and the area was very clean! The bed,,,,,I didnt want to get out of it. The snacks they provided the guest at night was very nice touch. Everytime I'm in the area, I will stay!!

Dirty, unsanitary and rude staff

We checked in around 10 pm and woman behind the desk clearly didn't want to be there. Tossed paper on counter and said "sign". When I didn't initial area that needed to be initialed rolled her eyes and said "initial" no direction to where we needed to go to get to our room we had to ask. Got to the room found hairs in one of the beds. Gross! Had no choice but to stay due to no other hotel had availability. Slept on the bed without hair. Next day came back in the late afternoon and the room was never cleaned dirty towels garbage etc still there. Called desk and said housekeeping was gone for the day! We needed towels and toilet paper staff was put out when we asked. I'm not a picky person never wrote a poor review but felt it needed to be done. Management needs to be aware of poor service

Pros: The coffe Room
Location: I can tel, because I just spent the night in that city.
It was very good. A good hotel. I recomend. The hotel is confortable, clean, the Room is big and the staff is gentle.

Cons: The last day the lemon water was missing. It is a lovely touch and was missed.
My son attends UF and when I am visiting him I like to stay at here at the comfort inn. Your cleaning staff were excellent. Always had a smile and were incredibly friendly. That is not something you see everywhere. I know they work hard but yet they never would let you pass them without saying hello.
