Location is great. Right off one of the main roads and near a bunch of great stores and restaurants. Only issue was our room was facing the Highway which made it noisy. Also, hair dryer did not work

The property was good if you are there to just sleep quick and nothing else. It’s definitely not worth the money and the breakfast was terrible. They don’t offer enough or have the space for the capacity of the hotel.

The staff was wonderful. The rooms, however, were not. The first room smelled of pets so I requested another room. The second room smelled slightly less of pets (dogs) but I believe there were fleas in the room. It unfortunate that they don't keep guests without pets in separate areas.

The furniture and fixtures are old and worn. The sofa and chairs were not comfortable and the television was quite small. The desk lamp was beat up and ugly from age, and the lighting in general needs an update.

Pet Friendly rooms with laminated floors. Our dog has a disorder and we were taking him to UF. We never needed a Pet Friendly hotel and we were totally impressed and appreciative of the most welcoming staff. Unfortunately there were several problems with the room (some of which were evident when I checked in and others only once I was in the room, too late to move). I was given a room with a large and unworking hot-tub in the bedroom (with a big note on it that it did not work and that the hotel was going to take it out). The hotel did not appear full so I'm not sure why they would use the room. The lights in the bathroom did not work and there was no shampoo in the shower (bottle on the wall empty). The bed was clean and comfortable.

Room was dirty. Bathroom was dirty. Tub had brown grime in it. 6 year old son took off shoes for the night and stepped on something sharp on the carpet and it got stuck in his foot. It appeared to be some kind of thorn that was left behind by another guest and was not cleaned. 10 or more men drinking in the parking lot near our car. Did not feel safe here. We left and found a new place to stay.
