Both rooms were filthy. One of our rooms had dirty towels on the floor and had no knob to turn the shower/bathtub on anyway. Our other room had mold on the bathtub, hadn't been swept or vacuumed, used coffee cup on the counter and we found used false eyelashes on the night stand. When we told the hotel staff they didn't seem to care at all. When we checked in the front desk clerk acted as if were interrupting her and when we asked for blankets for the pull out couch she was annoyed.

Checked into our room to find the bed unmade And television on. Called front desk to make sure no one else was actually in the room andthey assured us there wasnt. After futher inspection there was water on the table and ledge in the seating area and the ceiling was soaked and molded from a roof leak during a rain storm. We told the clerk downstairs and she gave us a different room which we checked into after we returned from the program we were there to see. We got to the room a little after midnight and ince inside the television nor the phone worked. There wasnt even a cable line from the wall jack to the tv or sat receiver. Hag to go downstairs since phone didnt work and the clerk was not interested in anything and basically sail ill leave a note for the manager. Then when checking out this morning the elevator wasnt working and had to carry all our stuff down from 3rd floor. A little tuff after both knees replaced. Having to rethink the reservations that i have on future dates. Not a good weekend.

Lots of problems with rooms being filled when they said they weren't. We walked in on people already in the room. Keys not working, pool not in working order while we stayed. Hot tub was cool at best, not hot. Front desk evening girl looked like she came straight off the street, no uniform type shirt. Breakfast was great though with the exception the lady who did the cooking thought it was the week day time instead of the longer weekend time, so she didn't make enough food. You know the usual.

First room shower head didn't work, second room shower head didn't work. Third room worked, but TV didn't. Front desk was on her personal cell phone talking for 5+ minutes while several customers were waiting to check in. Also the location is very difficult to find.
