The rooms were gorgeous, very clean, and very comfortable. The housekeeping staff is great. I chose this hotel because they're indoor pool and hot tub won me over. When we went to the pool no one was there. When we first walked in we could breathe through all the chlorine in the air. It was toxic and disgusting. The pool water was dark green. The hot tub was cold. And you couldn't open you're eyes because the chlorine air burned. I would never take my kids there!!! We immediately left and told the desk lady (the only person in the whole building) about air, smell, and condition of the pool. I was extremely polite and all she said was "we're aware of the problem. What do you expect me to do about it?" She's clearly never been in the indoor pool or she'd realize how dangerous and toxic it is. It stunk up the whole hotel!! All the halls smelled like pool. Great rooms, awful service.

Great Hotel

The hotel staff was very professional and courteous. The hotel was very beautiful and clean. The room was definitely comfortable and well kept. I would totally stay at this hotel again.

Room was clean, it was quiet in hotel, breakfast was good and lady in breakfast area helping was superb. Bedding was sift and warm.

It was all my fault all weekend. Staff stinks.

We had car trouble on the way so I called to advise them we were still coming. We arrived at about midnight. I had two rooms one was for four teenage girls ready to celebrate 18th Birthdays. They got a birthday surprise all right. They were given a key to an occupied room. So at midnight they walked in on an undressed male. Mortified is an understatement. They guy running the front desk wanted to tell me how to read the room number placards like it was our fault. We went to the room that he gave us a card for and it opened the door but that was my fault. The next day we had reservations for a total of four rooms. Because hotels.com only had me prepay for three they kept telling me my card was declined for all the other rooms. I kept telling them my card was never run for the other rooms to get declined. So that was my fault as well. I was paying cash for remaining rooms anyway. So staff stinks. No apologies or anything for my teen girls who btw say the poor man the next day at least he had clothes on. Breakfast is ok. Rooms are great. Swimming pool was nice. Overall a nice hotel with a great price. But will probably wouldn't stay again due to staff. Oh and the Gainesville mall is closed. Baby beds are $10 if you don't show them that it says free on this site.
