Non helpful staff, pool was not available for use, the nonsmoking room has a nasty musty smell, the staff was very prompt in asking us to leave at 11am

This hotel was absolutely clean from top to bottom for both my stays. The rooms had no scent which is what I prefer. Everything is neat. The staff is super friendly. And for the price, it deserves a lot of recommendation!!!

Great value

Very nice. We had the suite above the breakfast nook, the only downside was first the stairs creaked and our room was directly up the stairs to the right but across from our room was the access door to all the other rooms so we could hear that door slam all night..and our door was really hard to dead bolt/ and unlock the dead bolt. Also the pool wasn't heated well, we went in two separate times once during the day and once at night both times it was cool water and it felt really cold when you got out. (Upside the pool is open till midnight)

Not a bad place to stay

Ok not the greatest but not the worst. One of the staff members seemed to not be as accommodating as I felt they could have been. This person also seemed unorganized and frazzled at times when I was asking questions. Also when I booked the room on Expedia it said the room was a 3 star but now doing this survey it's saying a 2.5 star which is a little disappointing.
