I left a cell phone charger. I called and they sent it to my address. They only charge me the shipping cost. Great service.

Very nice place to rest for the night. Cracker Barrel was right next door. Had a good meal, then went to bed.

Pleasantly surprised

I booked this room about 2 hours before we arrived in Gainesville and was wary of what I'd get for approximately $70 less per night than I'd paid on my last visit to a highly recommended hotel directly across from U of F. Well, what I got was a quiet, nicely renovated room, comfortable beds and a truly impressive number of outlets and USB points. We had 3 phones and 2 tablets and had room for more. The check-in staff were friendly, professional, and answered most of our questions before we asked them - attractions, stores, restaurants, what time was breakfast, the wi-fi code...all on the handy map and key card holder they handed us! The only less-than-bright spot was with housekeeping. There were 4 of us in the room (2 adults/ 2 kids) so towels and wash clothes were at a premium, especially since we used the pool during our stay. When we saw the housekeeper we requested more towels, had moved everything off the counters so they could be wiped off of the various spills and stickiness, and left the card on the pillow indicating we would like the sheets changed since one of the kids had spilled something there too (only one chair in the room, so the bed is the de facto seating for everyone else.) None of these items were done, the floor did not look vacuumed, and cups were not restocked. This review would be a 5 stars but better room servicing is required and the room needs more seating, particularly since there's an almost-kitchenette in here.

Room needs to be updated tv is too small furnishings are very dated and dingy lot of road noise. The staff very friendly helpful and courteous! The best and only good part of this hotel is the staff.

Very nice hotel. We spent just a night but was fine. Lots of places for shopping beside.

My I pad

Our stay was good we where traveling and only stayed one night . The breakfast was very good .The staff was exceptional . I forgot my I pad and I put it between the mattress and when I called them they could not find it . Six weeks later they did find it and called me and ship it to me . This staff very good

Convenient and friendly hotel

The room was nice and staff very friendly and accommodating. There was road construction in front of the hotel that was noisy, but what can you do. Overall it was a great place to spend a night on a business trip.
